So, out of the box, it immediately felt good to hold. It is made of a soft-feeling, rubber-like plastic. The mouse is light, comfortable, and has a cool blue light strip that faces the user when active. the scroll wheel feels nice; not too clicky when spun, but feels good, and has a click function when pushed down which is very clicky).When I went to actually click it, I though, "There's almost no click on the left or right buttons." After I thought about it, I realized that it was probably done so that the least amount of force possible was required to use the left and right mouse buttons. Because this mouse is vertical, less force is better.There are two thumb-accessible buttons on the side to go back and forth in a web browser, and they may have more functions depending on the software. There is also a button to control DPI, but I could not tell what it was set to, and there is no software or drivers to do so for the mouse.MAKE SURE to look at the bottom! I though it did not come with the USB 2.4G Wi-Fi adapter (I have the Wi-Fi model with rechargeable battery) because I couldn't find it in the box. But, the amazing thing is that the adapter FITS IN THE BOTTOM OF THE MOUSE! This is genius, and makes it harder to lose the small parts.Overall, good mouse, nice feel, weight, and responsiveness.

I'm very impressed with the customer service.My review is with a Mac. Just FYI, the extra thumb buttons are not function on MacPros:-Comfortable fit-Smooth scroll wheel with subtle resistance-No finger print residue-Cool alternating color lightingCons:-The base rocks slightly while moving to upper right. Not super sturdy.-It's hard to press down the left and right buttons unless fingers are very close to the scroll wheel-Could be a bit taller for those with larger hands

Update: manufacturer sent me a replacement, so we'll see if this one lasts this time. The previous one wigged out a month later. I hope it works because I REALLY like the shape and responsiveness of the product, if it's working. I gave it 4 stars to be cautious, but will update. The original review was 5 stars before the item broke.------So far, it's GREAT! Feels better on my wrist and easy to click in a non-painful way.So far so good. I'll update if it stops working or anything, but the ergonomics are great. I've tried tons of alternate mousing devices, including the ring mouse and tablets, etc. I liked my WACOM tablet best when it was new, but there aren't any new drivers for it for mac, so it now performs poorly on OSX. This is my favorite mousing device at the moment. I use it alongside my Microsoft Natural Keyboard and it increases the amount of time I can work without discomfort. Clicking is REALLY easy and doesn't make this vein in my wrist pop the way a normal mouse would, so it's not just the movement of the mouse that's better: it's also the ergonomics of clicking as well.

This mouse is one of the best ergonomic mouse I've ever had. The features are exactly as described by the seller. The mouse comes without batteries and you will have to buy two AA batteries. It comes in a box already package in bubble wrap. The mouse is smooth to the touch. It relaxes your hands especially for me who does most of my work on a computer. There is an on/off switch that allows you to manipulate it. There is also a light that is reflected on the thumb rest. I don't know the purpose of this light but it is really cool.I have no fault with this mouse and I would recommend it to anyone who requires an affordable ergonomic mouse.

All in all, I like this mouse and I prefer it over traditionally shaped mice for the ergonomics. However the quality of this particular mouse leaves much to be desired, so I might try to find a higher quality replacement in the future.Pros:● The different shape takes some of the pressure off of the wrist area, where the tendons go through the carpal tunnel● The harmful lateral wrist movements of traditional mice are avoided● The larger size of this mouse (I chose large) fills my hand a lot better, causing less gripping fatigue● The satin/rubber material feels good in the hand● It's nice to be able to adjust the sensitivity with the DPI buttonCons:● The battery life is pathetic; I have to change the batteries every few weeks● Precision is more difficult with this mouse● The battery cover pops off about once a day● The scroll wheel can get very squeaky when used a lot● It is quite tall (3.5 inches), compared to a traditional mouse (1.5 inches), so I find myself knocking it over a lot as I reach for other items on my desk● While my wrist has some relief, I find my thumb getting sore. Since the mouse is rotated, when you click the mouse buttons you need to provide counter force with your thumb, which leads to fatigue and strain on the thumb joint over the course of a long day● Related to the last item, it can be harder to keep the mouse still when clicking, since the buttons activate sideways instead of straight downIn summary, for me this is an improvement over the traditional mouse design, but it does come with some drawbacks. If you have wrist pain I recommend giving it a try.

I choose option 3. I must admit I was a tad skeptical in the Ergonomic mouse. I am a full time online student spending countless hours on my computer. I have tried several different mice but hands down this one is my favorite. In fact my 2 year old adjusted immediately as for myself it took a few minutes to get familiar with this unique little thing! Now I can't imagine life without it! I don't use a mouse pad or anything. Responsive, smooth and comfortable. It suits all my needs and accompanied my 8 hour binge on homework. Amazing responsive customer service. I truly can't think of any cons. I've already recommended to my coworkers, friends and family.

The media could not be loaded.  I would absolutely not recommend this.I bought this for everyday home use and computer work while it was on sale but I already regret my decision. I had bought a Lekvey mouse with the exact same shape/ergonamic design however this does not have the same feel of comfort and quality.First, it has a cheap plastic finish overall all across, and the underneath is scratchy (no rubber or film coating to smoothen the friction) and very hard on my desk mat; which scratches the surface, while the other other Lekvey brands feels rather smooth; this is most likely going to damage the fabric off your desk/mouse mat. You also hear every little slide and movevement which is annoying. The mouse click is annoying loud as well and the middle click button demands a lot of effort/pressure to be triggered, its very unintuitive.. Finally, it wasnt included with battery which is one thing but ; read the reviews here; the AAA battery, even of good quality do not last long so you have to manually turn off the mouse every time it's not in use really. I also dislike the fact that the colors cant be turned off as it is rather distracting. I am long time buyer on Amazon but I'm probably going to return this unfrotunately.Careful on this one.

Moving from conventional mouse to this one is not easy. Having a small hand, I had a hard time using the mouse. The product was heavy for me. The product is not for me.
