Grip Rite P3STBK 25 lb Exterior Screws, 3"

My husband, who uses these screws in his carpentry business, says they're the best he's ever used. Great product!!!

the screws are fine. The shipping/packaging was awful. One box was labeled heavy and the interior was padded with air pillows and the screws were fine in their plastic box with a handle. The 2nd box didn't have anything on the outside (missing the word Heavy). Inside, the plastic box was left to its own devices - no packaging material so the screws are loose and the lid broken. What a mess.

Pros:Great screws, no complaint about the quality.Cons:minus 1 star for shipping. Lack of padding causes the plastic bucket to break. The shipping box may or may not hold all the content.minus another star for not responding to shipping feedback, and not allowing for other communications.minus another star for very slow shipping.Finally, disappointed that I cannot benefit from the 44% price drop between the time when I ordered the item and it finally arrived, partially broken :( There goes the fourth deduction of stars.Bottom line:great price for good product, if you can afford to wait 8 - 10 weeks for product to arrive, and don't care for broken bucket and some loss of content.

These are not exactly what you may be led to believe they are. They are a coated ceramic screw and prone to snap under stress. Enough said. They appear to be metal and therefore a strong screw.....they are not. I don't know why a company would create a product so flawed.
