Comfortable wedge to help with knee support.
Needed to have knee support and after researching many of the supports here. This seemed the best shape to give the needed support. It has been very comfortable and is the right shape and height.I would recommend.

Does not move around - 100% better than a folded pillow
Chiropractor wanted me on my back, leaned up on a wedge laying straight out with a pillow under my knee and this is what I've been doing for the last few months and has helped the back issues he was working on. I didn't think I needed anything else, I was perfectly fine with a pillow folded up under my knees and making due and then I came across this. Wow, I didn't know that I needed one like this, or that one of these would be any different or better but once I tried this, I immediately found out. First, compared to a pillow, the long flat side of this triangle pillow keeps the point (and your knees) pointing up. Second, because of the stability, it also helps to keep you from rolling over on your side. Third, when the steeper slope is up against your butt, and you can no longer roll to your sides, it actually helps to keep your body up on the larger wedge and not slip down through the night. Fourth, the whole thing is very comfortable and after talking this up and telling my chiropractor how much more effective this was, he pointed out that I basically made my own "zero gravity" bed without an adjustable frame bed. Totally makes sense because the whole point from the beginning was to take pressure of my lower back and in this setup I have zero pain!!So I know that this is only the knee half of my setup, but I definitely recommend this wedge for that part of it. And if you're having back pain, and can, or want to try sleeping on your back to alleviate it, look for a body wedge to accompany this as well.

Large check measurements carefully
This thing is enormous so pay attention to the measurements and your space. It is very comfortble for my back I had surgery on my l5 s1 but its just too big. Also I accidently got white instead of the grey and the white just looks like an uncovered temperpedic pillow. The grey would've at least matched my bed better. It is ice as a back rest as well. The side pocket is handy. Came compressed and fluffed up over night if you want to get it to expand quicker you can try a tumble dryer but I just left it out.

Good under knees but not much else
This pillow is a good size/shape for under the knees, but for a couple different reasons I didn't find it comfortable for anything else.First I strongly disagree with the other review that it is too soft, on the contrary the one I received is so firm I can't imagine anyone calling it soft. Perhaps were received different products or ones filled with a different material?Second, although the shape looks versatile I surprisingly really couldn't find a way to use it comfortably in any position (other than under knees in sitting position) for reading or sleeping. The combination of too much firmness and sort of an odd all-around shape make it a lot less useful than I thought it would be.It's a very large pillow and it's kind of annoying to have on/around the bed when you can't use it very often. Gave 3 stars since it does do a good job of the primary thing it is advertised for: under knees.

Better than wedges used in hospitals.
While my mother was in the hospital, the nurses used pillows or very firm wedges to roll her from side to side to prevent bedsores. Neither was comfortable for my mother for any length of time. Looking through Amazon, I found this wedge. I liked that it was memory foam. I am able to position it when then bed is flat, then adjust the bed to her comfort. The wedge gives to the bend of the bed while still giving her the lift she needs to prevent sores. Her PTs and OTs were very impressed by the quality and the positive results. Made me feel like I made the right decision with this purchase. For a while I thought about donating to a rehab/hospice/hospital, but think I keep it for my use in the future, as I feel my back get achier by the day.
