Beautiful chair but a nightmare to put together. As far as I knew all i had to do was attach the legs, not so, I also had to put the back on and what a job that was, it took 2 of us and it was very difficult and frustrating! I have arthritis on my hands so had my sister to help me, we were following the instructions but there was no way the back was fitting the seat using the directions, eventually we started of with the middle hole and screw, this helped us to put in the side screws, although the holes on one side seemed off, but after an age of trying to put the screw in and being unable to find the hole, I had to use scissors to move the material that was actually covering the hole! Hellish job but we eventually managed! I wouldn't like to have been buying multiple chairs for dining room!The chair is solid, sturdy and looks beautiful. The material on the underside is very skimpy, a cm more all round would have been perfect!
