I always struggle to find a table cloth big enough for my table, this is the second one I have bought from Amazon. It is to fit my Oak table which sits 8 people. I put it straight on the table after washing and as you can see from the photos ideally it does need an iron, I just don't tend to iron!! The tablecloth looks classy, the material is fairly heavyweight and much better quality than I expected considering the size and pricepoint.I have had various food drop on the table cloth, I quickly sprayed with a stain remover and popped on a 30 degree cycle, I was pleasantly surprised the stains did come out.I've also had a slight water spillage on the table, there were quite a few droplets of water that did actually stay on the top of the table cloth and didn't soak through. I'm not sure if it would be water resistant with a large amount of water though.I liked the pattern, it just gave it a little 'interest', rather than completely plain. Overall I'm really happy with this table cloth and I want to buy more colours!!!!

Bought to cover the scuffed/scratched surface of a fairly new table purchased at the shop that does allegedly good meatballs (seriously am I the only one that thinks they are awful?). The table is pretty much a dumping ground and after putting shopping bags etc on it to unpack I was appauled at the state of the now tatty surface. So I bought this even though I don't really like table cloths (feels a bit faffy). I really like this one. So much nicer than I expected given the price. Water beads on the surface so I feel the table is protected a little from spills and no extra scuff marks. Washes well.

I ordered the Beige colour based on the pictures showing what looked like a cream colour tablecloth and was so disappointed when it arrived to find that it was a darker caramel colour and would not suit my cream colour scheme so will be returning.The tablecloth itself was of good quality and great value its just a shame that it doesn't come in cream!.
