Our daughter has started to do some get fit kind of stuff so we ordered these exercise bands from the Amazon vine testing program.They all came simply packaged and I did not have any particular strange smells out of the box which is quite good as these are of the rubber type.They are very simply different lengths of exercise band that are just really fun to use, best thing to do is go on Google and look up exercises with bands and in no time at all you would have lots of exercises to do.Even under lots of strain that have not snapped or started to crack in any way and we have been using these for ages now so overall we can highly recommend.

Perfect for strength training, stretching,yoga and pillates at gym or home! The five color-coded levels, make it easy to scale workouts comfortably , allowing to gradually increase intensity as you progress! Far better quality that the ones purchased at the gym vending machines!

I like these resistance bands as they enable me to do some exercise when I am sitting at a work desk, whilst at home. This is something that you could not really do with a set of weights. The other thing is that as they all slip into a mesh bag, they are easy to take away in a suitcase so that you can do exercise in a hotel bedroom. They are so light that they would not add much to the weight of the baggage e.g. for on an aircraft.There are a good set of five different resistances, which are colour coded. They are well-made, odour-free, and good quality. There is a good selection of different shades – I picked the Royal Purple. They are stored in a mesh bag so that they get enough air to dry off any perspiration. They return to the same size as before after use but I suspect that the lighter ones have expanded very slightly after use as compared to the thicker bands. Not a problem though.The exercise book contains a list of nine exercises. It is easy enough to look online if you want more possibilities. I did find that the bands dig-in slightly to my hands when doing exercises like the seated bicep curls. Using something like gloves, a cloth, or a pair of socks, in the palm of the hands spreads the stress so that it is not uncomfortable.I think they are excellent and like the way that you can use them at any time of the day rather than just training at a gym.

Not much to say about these, just a good set of 5 exercise bands in varying resistances. The resistance steps between the bands is consistent which makes going up a level easier I feel.Allows you to perform some exercise in a limited space and easily pack away for the next time.Price is good as well for the quality of the bands and the great colours.

These resistance bands are pretty good quality for the asking price.They are made out of latex so it feels very nice on the skin and stretches very well. They come in set of 5 with different thickness, each of them are clearly marked for their strenght. They are also different colour, so its easy to differentiate them.It also comes with a little mesh carrier pouch so you can store them away in one place.The included user guide is very basic, but at least its something.All in all, its quiet good for the price!

I recently injured my shoulder and the physio suggested using some resistance bands to build the movement back up (following some arm exercises). These bands are good as there are 5 resistance levels and I have started with the easier resistance and started to move up. Whilst it hurts at first, you can start to feel the movement returning and it's just a case of working through them. The bands are great quality, feel good and do what they're supposed to (i.e. maintain resistance).

The K-Mart Resistant Bands Set of 5 Exercise Bands are a great set for a great price (£8.99, at the time of leaving this review).Each band is clearly marked with the resistance strength, from 5-10lbs on the lightest to 30-40lbs on the XX Heavy, with an increasing depth of colour to show the increase of resistance strength.I am a fan of resistance bands; you can take them anywhere and continue your exercise programme without any hassle of bulk or weight.I recommend them to anyone considering trying them for the first time.
