Good for the price
They're good for the current price of $9.99 for a three pack. They're not the best hats ever, but it's a great deal! I will note that they are much bigger than expected. The description says "0-36 months" which is obviously a wide range, but these will be way too big on my 5 month old. Probably best for 1+ years.
