THEMAGIC5 | The World’s 1st Custom-Fit Goggle

My favorite goggles. Forward vision is the best I've ever experienced. Face fit software took a few tries, but their help line actually helped! Very good customer service. Fit is excellent. I tried the Form Smart Swim 2 goggles, but the forward vision is awful. I didn't even try the electronics before deciding that I would use the goggles reviewed here in triathlons. Unfortunately I was past the return date for the other goggles. I have one pair that is tinted and one clear. For use in an Endless Pool clear is by far best. I set a cheap VOCOO timer on the pool edge on the side I face when breathing to time workouts. Much cheaper than swim specific timers and it even survived me knocking it for a few seconds into the pool.

I followed up all the procedures and submitted my face scan months ago by using my iPhone, but I’ve never received any confirmation number from MAGIC5 . Also, I've never received the goggles after submitting my face scan for months. I’ve contacted MAGIC5 many times but unable to reach anyone. I spent $80 for the goggles but there seems to be no way for me to get its refund at this time when I read other reviewers who also never received theirs. At first, I thought I should forget about $80. But the reason I'm writing about this complaining for MAGIC5, hopefully they'll follow up to resolve these issues and improve their compliance for their better future.

THEMAGIC5 Goggles are fantastic.The custom fitting of the goggle does make all the difference in the pool and open water. No more headaches, no more marks around my eyes. I also like the sleek design and the strong peripheral view which is helpful in triathlon open water swimming with many people and sighting for far away buoys.I would note that the package you receive from amazon does not contain the actual goggles (at first i was surprised, but when thinking of it, how could there be a custom made pair of goggles in there lol??).. instead you get a QR code which takes you to the facial scan process and a few days later I had the goggles in hand. Super easy and done quickly.All in all very seamless process for a product thats 10x performance of most standard goggles. Will def purchase again!

We have 2 pairs of these for our kids and they don’t fit as great as you would hope. Maybe their face was too small and it is better for adults. We have tried a lot of different goggles and finally found some that don’t leak. Doesn’t make the other ones bad quality.

I’ve worn tons of goggles in my life and these are by far the best. The comfort and peripherals of these custom-fit goggles are unmatched. Doing the face scan was also super easy and cool. Lots of color options, too, which is nice for swimming at different times of the day.

They look like a good product, if you can actually get them. There are so many glitches in the ordering process. I bought the $90.00 glasses which are custom fitted. First you take photos of your face with their app, and then they custom make them to your face. Great idea. That's why I ordered them. But they sent me the less expensive not customized ones which cost on $14.95. Lots of people posted similar reviews. I called Amazon and they also could not figure out from the webpage how to order the custom fit goggles. At first, Amazon rejected my review saying that the ordering process is not relevant to other customers because it is about delivery. But so many other people have noticed this product, see other reviews. This is an important thing for potential customers.

I purchased from here so i can get them quickly as a prime customer. Amazon sends me a pieceOf paper with a code to order from company website! Now I have to wait an additional week to get my goggles! Just order Direct from the company!My previous pair though is great BUT did leak after a few months which is not ideal.

I have been a swimming student for over 15 years, starting later as an adult, then eventually turning into a professional triathlete. I have coached swimmers for years and always noticed that a lack of understanding and a time crunch usually make a custom product like this seem a bit of a mental load. However, having used TheMagic5 for the past 5 years with open water racing and daily pool training, I can say with 100% certainty this product has worked for me and those I know who personally spend time understanding this product. This can be a very positive experience for anyone looking to increase their ease of swim success without the leaks, constant fogging and eye socket discomfort. Of course, each face is different and each person needs to take time to understand this product and maybe even adjust a nose piece (it comes with 4) to precisely tune the position of these goggles. I recommend them to my folks and again, those who understand and are willing to make the effort always appreciate this product.
