The heating pad makes this product so worth it. I have a back and hip problem that sometimes limits my mobility. When I heated the pad I wasn't sure at first, but there's a little pocket to hold the pad and then applying the castor oil not only heats it up but helps with the swelling in that area. I used it on my stomach for cramps and wore it right under my clothes, which helped it stay warmer longer. I think the heating pad stays warm for about two hours before you need to reheat, if worn under your clothes it's like a few more minutes, not quite 2.5 hours, but close.

So I’m around a size 22 and this barely fits. I got it to stay in place though just barely. I do love that this product came with a heating pack. I’m not sure if the benefits are working, but the heating pack alone feels nice. I think for a smaller person this is a really nice wrap. The instructions were not clear to me on how to use it but I figured it out.

I like that the interior is made of organic cotton which is important and all of it feels very soft. I also like the Velcro straps. The only problem is the castor oil spreads to the edge and around to the front. And I only apply 2tbs or less to the middle and it still spreads to the front.

This oil pack comes in a nice box, the castor pack in a clear storage bag and a 5x7 microwave heating pad.Plus - the castor pack is a beautiful cream color and well stitched. The pack is thick so it will absorb and prevent leakage of the castor oil. I love the microwave heating pad that I can inset into the castor pack. This helps the absorption of the oil into that area.My only comment is that the velcro may not be long enough to be able to wrap around a larger torso body. Overall, this is a great castor pack.

This is very beneficial. I like that it comes with a heating pad to put inside the wrap to keep it warm and help the oil penetrate into the skin. Overall I really do like this. The only thing I had an issue with is the wrap itself. The straps are uncomfortable on the skin. It hurts because it rubs against my skin but now I make sure to have something on my back like a piece of fabric to act as a barrier from the straps itself on my back and since then, no issues. I wish the straps were fabric and soft. Other than that, love it.
