Do not fit properly
I tried all four sizes provided, and none of them fit securely in my nostrils. One problem is the small loop that connects the vents for the two nostrils does not allow them to be inserted far enough into the nose. I have used a number of different nasal dilators with varying degrees of success. These are by far the worst I have tried.

I’ve had the real brand and this isn’t it. It’s not even the same fragrance
