Pizza oven is a 10, Vevor store and Ontrac delivery is 0 zero
The shipment was dropped on the stairs of another house in Brisbane about 2 blocks from my house.Ontrac delivery failed: failed first delivery attempt to a business, 3 days to get it redelivered, waited 45 minutes in chat (365 people ahead of me), chat rep did not answer my questions and dumped the chat session, customer service phone number disconnects on dial, delivered to wrong address.Pizza oven looks fine. Frustrating customer service and delivery service is not worth the frustration.-Frank
