Excellent Belt
This belt is amazing, I've purchased a second for my mom and will soon be ordering another for my spouse, I would give it 10 stars if I could, very well made, great fit, does not slip at all, it's flexible, comfortable and easy to adjust, I'm pretty petite and ordered the regular size, I tried it on my husband and it fit him as well so I'd suggest unless you're truly an Extra large frame you'll be fine, I've been suffering from pain so severe it's almost debilitating, I can't believe I'd never tried an SI belt and waited as long as I have, the relief was almost immediate, do give it time though, and try adjusting it until you find what's right for you, I do shift it from time to time for greater relief, I highly recommend this belt if you're suffering from sciatic or hip pain. Shipping was super fast too.

Good for weight loss and pain
I use red light therapy for my stubborn belly fat. This one covers a larger area and I can't wait to see the results! My partner uses RLT for back pain and swears by it! So, this would be good for both weight loss and pain! So it's a win win!

It absolutely helps to get into deep knee vends, for backwards crossovers. Many of Adult Figure Skaters tried while ice skating, they loved it also.
