1 shelf isn't enough. Alignment of the door is very poor!!! Just like the review above- I've put together quite a few flat pack pieces and this manual was one of the most difficult to follow, results are not desirable. The door rubs on its hinges yet at the same time isn't aligned to the rest. In order to try and align more, the door rubs against the side even more, so the option is either smoother closing/ opening or alignment? I'm very unhappy :-(

It must be the most difficult to assemble piece of furniture I've come across - despite having assembled a lot in my profession. The manual isn't very helpful and non-intuitive. You constantly ask yourself "how could the manufacturer have made such decision?". The alignment of the door to the carcass is questionable. And not the best quality of non-solid wood.I wouldn't buy it again.
