Not as good as breadcrumbs with gluten but With my girlfriend it's not possible to use so these are a good alternative

Excellent product
Lovely product ideal for 'breading' fish. Incidentially, I breaded some place, by dipping the fish in egg and then coating it in some seasoned Organ rice crumbs, delicious and crunchy. Excellent result.

I was hoping for a crumb more of a panko ...
I was hoping for a crumb more of a panko size - the crumbs are quite small - more of a traditional breadcrumb.

Barely adequate
I assumed these would at least bear some resemblance to breadcrumbs. Instead they are more like coarse rice flour - and not that coarse really. I used them to do the final coating of a chicken Kiev, but the end result was a pale looking dish - tasted ok, but not what I was hoping for. I’ll use them up, but not buy again. In future I’ll go back to making my own.
