Makes fantastic Bread Dough!
I bake often; once or twice, every Week. But, being nearly 70 years old, kneading Bread Dough is not something I can do, very well or very long, due to Arthritis. I have been using my KitchenAid Stand Mixer, with the Dough Hook, for a few years, now, and it does a very good job, for single Loaves or small batches. But, during the Holidays, or other times, when I want to make larger quantities or multiple Loaves, it’s not really up to the Job.I was recently watching one of my favorite YouTube Pizza Making Channels, and learned about larger capacity Dough Kneading Machines, for Home Use. So, I began looking into them. Most of those Machines are pretty expensive, costing quite a bit more than a KitchenAid Stand Mixer, so, I was rather surprised, and skeptical, when I came across this Machine, on Sale, for $99.00. But, being a Retiree, on a fixed Income, I’m always looking for a bargain; so, I gave it a try.Wow This Machine really makes excellent Bread Dough! I had a new Recipe to try, for Sicilian Sweet Brioche, which incorporates a lot of soft Butter, into the Dough during Kneading; a perfect Recipe to test for an automated Dough Kneading Machine. This Machine, by YuChanluck, came through with Flying Colors! It is noticeably different, than a traditional Stand Mixer, in the way it kneads Dough. It uses a knead and pause Cycle, continuously, for whatever amount of time, you program it to work. This does mean you’ll need to set it for a longer time, for kneading, than with a Stand Mixer, but, the Dough comes out smooth and elastic, at the end of the knead Cycle. It also has a easy, programmable Rise Cycle, that automatically begins, at the end of the Knead Cycle. This Machine is also noticeably quieter than a KitchenAid Stand Mixer.I really recommend this YuChanluck Dough Making Machine! It does all the work of kneading Dough, for longer periods of time, for you; giving you that beautiful, smooth Dough, you see on all the Recipe Videos, on YouTube.

I love this dough mixer!
I love this dough mixer! it is so much better than using a Kitchenaid Mixer. It really mixes it well and also ferments it (think rise) so that you don't have to do that first one in another bowl. I'm going to use it to make cookie dough soon. I am sure it will do a great job! BUT - it has one sheet telling how to use it. Just basics. I need an instruction book or some more information. It does not tell how long you need to mix or knead . it has automatic settings but not sure they are ideal for everything I want to make in it.

Dough has been perfect every time.
This dough mixer is wonderful. Works exactly as described. It’s quiet and efficient. All the ingredients get mixed in completely. For dough, it actually works better than my stand mixer. The first time, I watched throughout the mixing process because I was skeptical, I was not disappointed. The temperature for the fermentation process is perfect. The only issue I’ve had is that I’ve made bread, dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls, and cookies every day since it arrived. My diet is suffering!

Great for mixing 4 batches of sourdough bread at once.
This powerhouse has helped me with mixing several batches of dough at once when my Kitchenaid was straining with 1-2 batches or dough. I’ve used it 4 times in a row with maybe 45 mins between the first 2 batches and it worked well without overheating. The machine did start squeaking a little at one point between the kneading intervals but then stopped. I love that fact that it’s a stainless steel bowl and agitator. It was easy to clean as well.

Doesn’t effectively knead the dough
Not impressed with how it kneads. Just creates a big ball of dough spinning around for large batches and the small batches doesn’t mix at all. Just missed the return window. Now stuck with something that doesn’t do what it’s designed to do.

High capacity, saves time and dishes.
So far I have 4 batches through this little machine and it’s fantastic! I will echo that you need to be careful with the hydration level and it getting soupy, but breads and pizza dough making with this is easy and won’t burn out your stand mixer/dough hook. Would purchase again.

limited dough mixing ability with uncontrolled ferment temp function
Purchased this unit to mix and then ferment and rise non-yeast recipes calling for 1:1 volume ratio bread flour to whole wheat flour for sourdough. The unit does fine for 1 loaf, but struggles when doubled. After an initial 15 minute mixing, I take the blade out of the tank and manually program the Ferment function for 120 minutes which allows me a countdown reminder to remove the dough every 30 minutes and perform a manual stretching of the dough on a flour dusted board and then simply once again returned back into the tank with the lid secured. For the final Bulk fermentation and rise of 8 to 12 hours, I apply and punch a square of parchment paper over the center tank stub and then place the dough back in and seal the lid tightly to allow the dough to rise. What I am greatly disappointed in, is that the ferment temp of the dough in the sealed tank will only ever reach a High of 76.F and NOT the claimed ferment range of 77 to 100 F.So, the product is limited in its ability to reach a controlled temp, as well as difficulty in handling recipes using ALL whole wheat or whole grain flours, and is unable to handle mixing the doubling or tripling of a single loaf bread recipe. If all you need to mix is a batch of dough for tortillas, tamales, or other flat breads, then it is fine. But, all those can be easily mixed with a danish whisk in a bowl.At the units 250 Watts of motor power, It is no where even equal to the dough handling ability of a Kitchen Aid stand mixer using a dough hook attachment!

A little weaker motor than some, but otherwise a good machine
