Leviton PJ13-R 1-Gang Blank Wallplate, Midway Size, Red

This product only cam with one screw, but it has two holes. I was replacing an existing outlet cover for a pair of outlets. The previous cover had one screw in the middle. When I removed the previous outlet cover, I realized the outlets themselves were secured on the top and the bottom. This screw configuration matched this blank wall cover. I simply removed both screws and install the blank plate. Not difficult, just threw me a bit.

This blank gangplate does the job when you just have to have hideous “brown.” I like the fact that the screw holes are x-shaped: they grip the small screws in place as you are working, so no worries about dropping or losing them. And yes, I did receive 2 brown-tipped screws in all four of the packages.My one star off is because this plate is really really shiny, much more so than other electrical plates I've ever used. Because of that, it kind of attracts attention to itself instead of blending into the background, which is what I need an “empty” fixture to do.

I needed this item to cover up a hole in the wall for an unused switch. You would be surprised how much of a hassle it is sometimes to find these things in the big box home improvement stores. Since I'm a prime member, I figured I'd just order from Amazon.It worked and well and I got what I expected. Nothing special just a white, plastic plate cover with two screws.

It works 100% as advertised. It's a plate that goes over a hole. Usually that hole was previously a phone jack. Completely satisfied by how it covers.

Ordered came with one screw. Requested replacement because of this with two screws and was given another one with one screw. Now I have 2 screws oh well.

Perfect. I couldn’t find a simple, stylish blank that matched the rest of my light switches. (I’m not sure why that was so difficult 🙄) same price as the home improvement store, and exactly what I needed!

Perfect for by my baby’s crib. Now I don’t need to stress that he could somehow reach the outlet.

This blends very nicely on white/eggshell colored walls. It even appears a higher-quality metal instead of plastic, unless you actually touch it. Just don't screw it in too tightly, as you will see indentations.
