I get random aches and pains, so I always have patches or cream handy. I recently got tendonitis in my arm between bicep and forearm. It was helpful to cut these patches in half, with one on my upper forearm and one on my lower bicep. They were very effective with controlling the discomfort. My only complaint was the adhesive around the edges. I had to keep pushing down the edges so the patch wouldn't peel up and stick to itself.They last for several hours, so they're def worth the money. They are very large, so they'll cover most any achy spot you've got.

I have already recommended these to several of my friends. They work amazing for my pain and they last for 8 hours. They stick very well.

For several years I have used over-the-counter menthol pain relief patches for my back. I saw the Sumifun maximum strength gel patches and decided to give them a try because they are larger than the patches I have access to locally.Soon after I placed the order, my husband accidentally bruised his ribs and the surrounding muscles and was in extreme pain for days. Usually he just grits his teeth and proceeds without intervention, but after a couple days of misery he was ready to try anything. I applied the Sumifun pads, and right away he noticed they felt soothing and provided some relief! Within about an hour the pain wasn't as severe, even if he sneezed or coughed. They definitely improved his mood and ability to function. I also began using them overnight on my back periodically, and have been sleeping better and waking more rested with less pain and better range of motion.The Sumifun pads are extremely flexible and conform to your body. They're a bit less stiff than other brands and with less adhesive, so they tend to curl at the edges. If I wear them underneath a fitted shirt, they stay in place with minimal fuss. They are difficult to adjust once applied, especially if they stick to themselves, so I recommend asking a friend for help if you're planning to use them on your back, shoulders, or neck. The smell of the pads is strong, but not unpleasant. While they're not entirely 'herbal', I like that the ingredients list includes several plant-based healing remedies such as aloe, arnica, camellia sinensis (tea plant), and frankincense.There's a caution on the label, but I repeat: wash your hands after applying them! That way you don't accidentally touch your or someone else's eyes/other sensitive area and transfer the oils, causing a burning sensation. You will not be happy if you make this mistake.I can highly recommend the Sumifun maximum strength menthol gel pads for pain relief. This is a great product!

I really like these patches. I have back issues currently and this was a good way to use these patches. Seemed to kick in within a reasonable amount of time and the pain went away for hours. I put medical tape across the patch too because the edges kept peeling up and I was afraid of it popping off of me but that's the only downside to these patches. Otherwise they work well and I'd definitely recommend.

I’m very pleased with these pain relief patches. There are 15 patches in the package and they’re quite large (4”x5”) so they can adequately cover most if not all affected areas. They can also be cut-to-fit as well. The patches are quite sticky so they stay in place, but they can also be re-positioned without a problem. Once the patch has been applied, it doesn’t shift around, even in bed or on the go. I haven’t noticed any staining on my clothes either. After use, the patch is easy to remove and there’s no leftover residue. These features are in stark contrast to many other pain relieve patches that are more difficult to hold in place, leave adhesive residue behind, and don’t last as long.But, best of all, these patches do what they advertise. They consist of 5% menthol, which is the amount found in most pain relief patches. It begins to do its thing about 30 minutes after application. There’s a cooling or tingling sensation as when it starts to work and pain relieve usually lasts about eight hours. These patches really do what they promise. Pain is reduced and there’s definitely a positive difference in how it feels.Easy to apply and reposition, can be cut to fit the affected area, no residue, and lasts up to eight hours. These menthol pain relieve patches check all the boxes and I’m a fan.

These work well. I have chronic neck aches, mostly from how I sit and work all day, and I'm always looking for ways to relieve that. I've used other menthol products - I like that it's not medicine, since I need help so frequently.These are comparable to other products I've used, in terms of effectiveness. The menthol is adequately strong, without burning, and they offer some relief. The patches are pretty big, so I actually cut it in half for use on my neck. I was a little worried that it would stick my neck hair and then be an incredibly painful experience to remove, but it was fine. I didn't pull out any hair. It doesn't stick perfectly to the hair though, so definitely try to stick it only on skin. The fabric is also very soft and I didn't have any irritation from using it. Considering that I cut it in half, it's like getting 30 patches, which feels like a good value.

Sure, I got the menthol tingling but it doesn’t go very deep. Patches with lidocaine work best.
