Great sound
After looking at the price I can understand why the packaging is so nice. My first impression of these jambuds is that they are a very good quality product. Even so, I had some trouble with the noise canceling. when you remove them from the box the standard mode is ANC on, which is fine but then it would drop out and no matter how many times I tried to turn it on, the earbuds did not respond. The directions state that you need to touch and hold for 2 seconds to turn it on or off (ACN). That did nothing for me. I tried a hundred times, finally I put them back in the case and took them back out. that turned ACN on again. The ACN is actually pretty good and I think it's needed because the volume only gets so loud. I'm one click from maxing out the volume on my phone but as long as I can get it loud enough, it's ok for me. I think the overall sound is good and clear and very little eq is needed. With these, once you open the case flap they will connect right away but only after you pair them first. What I like about them is I can adjust them in my ear from time to time without triggering any commands. Believe me that can become quite irritating when you're at the gym trying to work out. The commands are pretty smart as far as I'm concerned and they make sense to me. This is definitely a great choice for earbuds if your wallet can handle it. I'm finding that earbuds such as these have some along way. Additionally, I'm finding that there are many earbuds out there that sound just as good but cost less. I can definitely recommend these but I would shop around first.

Love These
I got these for my husband who is very into music and a musician so he knows quality sound, where it might be lost on me. We are seniors also to give you a frame of reference for how easy it is to use these. He is 72 and generally pretty lost often with internet stuff, but he was able to get them out and connect them to his phone and figure out the directions without me helping which is saying something!!!!He has had a few off brand blue tooth ear buds but he says that these blow all the others out of the water. There is a noise cancelling setting that makes it so he can not hear me talking at all! If he puts it on ambient he can hear stuff around him. Controls work great and he said that the sound is equal to some of his expensive headphones that you have to wear over your ears. I've never seen him so excited!Loved the charging case and instructions were easy to follow. We also tried calling and that worked fine and we could hear each other with no issues. Very nice, worth the extra cost for quality item. They come with different adapters for different sized ears. He said they stay put and are very comfortable.

Comfortable, muddled sound for Indie Rock
I am probably being a bit harsh, but these are closer to 3 than 4 stars, especially for $150. First, I find these comfortable. I wear earbuds for workouts and running, and these stayed in my ears despite heavy sweat and I barely noticed them in my ears. Charging is simple and quick. Battery life has been as expected. Now, for the things that detract a bit for me, especially against my other earbuds in this same price range (Denon PerL and Status Audio Between Pro). The sound is very bass-heavy and muddled. This is probably because I listen to Indie Rock, Alt Rock, Grunge, etc. It might sound better listening to old-school rap, house, EDM, etc. My music sounded a bit underwater. Denon was similar at the start but they have an app to modify your sound profile which lets me dial in the sound for my music. The Jawbone earbuds are more comfortable than the Denons, and similar in comfort to the Status Audio. The charging case looks great, it is textured, it is easy to get the earbuds in and out, but it is big. It is extremely wide at 3". Putting the case in your pocket is not likely in jeans or if you have a wallet, keys, or phone in there as well. The controls are finicky. There is a very specific way you have to tap the buds to get them to respond. It's in the middle of the bud and on the topside, but you have to hit it in a specific way and with enough time between taps to get to the double-tap, but not too much time. Too little time and nothing happens. Also, on multiple occasions while working out I had the earbud respond as if I hit it once to pause but I did not tap it. That was odd. Overall, the only major issue I have is the sound. If I could lower the bass and improve the mids & highs, I'd use these as they are comfortable. With the sound as is, these drop down my list and won't be in my earbud rotation.

Jawbone back from the dead?
I'm not sure who took over this arm of the Jawbone family after the company liquidated in 2017, but it doesn't seem like an earnest attempt to revitalize the brand. There is no operational website. There's no press. There's no product reviews, demos, testing at the launch. The company failed because it could not innovate fast enough and still turn a profit. Now here they are again, asking $150 for a set of earbuds that don't do anything new or innovative, which suggests to me that someone is milking the brandname in an effort to turn a quick buck by selling an off the shelf product at a huge premium. I don't think this second coming will last very long to offer customer support. The performance quality of these is mediocre to average for the money. The ANC is fairly decent, but the sound is quite muddy, the touch controls are laggy and overly sensitive, you can't turn them off without fishing out your case, and I struggle to figure out the orientation when putting them back in the case. If my hair is at all damp, they pause/play/summon siri without any input. There is no FindMy support, there are no haptics, there are no EQ features, no way to customize controls, they aren't waterproof--there are just so many better options available. There's no real value here.
