Q: I'm a size 10/12 only 5ft 2. Would a small/med be big enough or do I go large.

I should think so I'm a 12/14 and went LG they are adjustable and I wear mine on the smallest setting so plenty to adjust .

Q: Does this run wide across the shoulders?..I have a similar tabbard but the neck hole is so large that the shoulder straps fall off my shoulders.

We bought a number of these for our staff. They tell me that although the neck hole is on the wide side they are very happy with them with no problems such as you describe.

Q: Are they Stain resistant to bleach.

None of our Tabards are resistant to Bleach.
