Bright, lasts the whole night
Let's get right into it.PROS:- Buid quality: pretty solid and uses the same bracket as my other solar lights around my property. Installation was straightforward. You just need a wrench, a screwdriver, and an Allen wrench.- Bright: Given how small this was, I wasn't expecting this to be that bright. It was brighter than my other 100w solar lights.- Faster solar panel: Unlike my other solar lights that had a 30w solar panel, this had a 50w panel, making charging faster, and potentially charges the internal battery better.- Long battery life: The light easily lasts the whole night. We had a couple of cloudy days with the storm but it still held a light by the time I got to sleep around midnight.- Motion sensor: there's a motion sensor if you want it to dim if there's no motion detected. The timer function basically overrides the motion sensor for the set duration (ex. if I select 5 hours, it will keep the light on for 5 hours on 100% brightness starting from sunset, then it will dim to 10%. But if motion is detected after 5 hours, it will still trigger the light to be 100%.) This helps with the light not being blinding in the middle of the night.CONS:- No adjustment for brightness: There's no way to select 50% brightness or adjust it to any level. The only levels are Off, Dim (10% for motion detection), and Full (100%)Other than that, a pretty solid light.

Super bright street light and….its SOLAR!
Super bright street light and best of all…it is solar! We got it put up and it was fairly easy to install. It appears to be of very good quality and hopefully it will hold up for quite some time. I am shocked by how bright this is. Generally, I don’t think solar lights illuminate as brightly as electric, but this one does. If you need a security light, this will do the job!

Powerful
Great light and performance. Easily installed. Works very well night time. Sensor works perfectly fine. Quality is good and looks durable. Motion detection works good. Overall good light for backyard. Worth it.

Be warned - Timed/Motion modes only
I chose this because it looks like a modern street light. After having it for a week, I will say it works very well...but there's one thing I didn't catch in the details that really irks me. $170 and this light is TIMED or MOTION SENSE only. It will automatically shut off during the day to charge and come on a night. That's great, exactly what most of us want. But when it's on, there is zero way to have it maintain a consistent brightness all through the night. You cannot set it to a certain percentage brightness level to maintain through the night. You can set it to motion, of which the light will idle at low power until it senses something and then go back to low power after 10 or 20 seconds. You can set it to timed, at 3 hours, 5(?) hours, or 8 hours, at which it will stay at that brightness and then revert to low power mode at the end of the time period. I live in bear country and wanted a solar light that would remain on through the night so that I could see when I walk out to my car in the morning, or if I have to go outside after sundown for any reason.

Fake brightness claim, Useless/defective motion sensor
I thought that by going with a more expensive and fancier looking outdoor light it would be of higher quality, as compared to those costing $50-80. I was WRONG.First of all, I already knew the "4,000W, 400,000LM" claim was fake. But I wouldn't have expected it to be LESS BRIGHT than a much smaller 30W rated, $20 super cheap led light, I don't even know whats all the size is for, the lamp barely gets warm and the battery only occupies 1/3rd of the housing. It is this large and heavy just to led people into thinking "WOW that's a full size street lamp".Motion sensor is pretty much useless, as when there is any wind at all it will detect the slightest of movements in the trees or foliage making it to be at 100% all the time, which isn't even that bright btw, so the battery life is just about 4 hours. It will get fully discharged before midnight.I'll give it 2 stars because the solar panel charges relatively quick, or maybe it means that they could've put a bigger battery inside. If you're looking a higher quality lamp look elsewhere because this is not it. It isn't any better than the generic ones with the solar panel attached on the back costing a fraction, plus it takes extra steps to install and adds unnecessary weight with all the brackets and stuff.

Bright solar panel light
This light is great. My husband set it up for me and said the installation process took about an hour and it was easy. It comes with a solar panel and can be controlled by remote. We put it on automatic mode, so that it automatically turns on at night. It stays dimly lit at night and will become bright if it detects motion. I’m really happy to have my walk way lit up at night, so I’m not walking in the dark anymore. This light is BRIGHT and lights up the area well.
