Excellent item small as described
Great product, small for my aerial fabric, but good for stretchy thinner fabric. I recommend if your going for smaller rescue 8 for less fabric.

10 stars
Works great. Better than the bigger figure 8 and the extra big figure 8 with ears. Requires very little tension on the bottom side of the rope to hold still but can still drop quick as hell when you let er rip

A bit small but still useable.
A bit smaller than I prefer, though the size is clear in the description, and the 'ears' are not functional for tieing off, but a good backup/emergency descender. Don't use on rope above 11mm or below 8mm

It’ll likely ruin your rope
Pulled it out of the package hoping for something smaller than my normal sized rescue 8 that would serve the same function, but instead I found something that I wouldn’t want to tie off mid-descent or even use on my rope. As the photo shows the rope crosses over itself in the back providing excess friction and wear and tear on your rope. The rope should NEVER touch itself during a standard descent. Ropes are expensive and a life line. The last thing I want to do is trust my life to something that will continually ruin ropes after repeated use.

Excelente producto
Muy contento con el desempeño del producto, lo utilicé en un descenso a rapel de 40 metros. Permite controlar muy bien la fricción y velocidad.

It's a good quality descender.
I particularly like the shape of this descender as the hooked sides allow a fast tie-off when needed.
