I had wanted to order an iSup for awhile but hesitated because of the cost and the overwhelming number of option. Then a friend let me use her iSup of the same brand a couple of times. I was sold. I ordered this board and accessory package in the Beach Blue. I also got a deal because I clicked on Amazon's "Save with Used" option.So far I've been out on it about 3 times. Easy to inflate and easy to tell if the button is up or down (I use an electric pump, not the one included); also very stable. Light weight and easy to carry. Paddle is very good and adjusts easily. I will say on the 2nd time out, some of the printing on the paddle started to come off on my hands (sunscreen?) but I just The only thing I had to buy was the life vest. 100% recommend.I was trying to register for the warranty b/c it said I would get a detachable seat if I did so but the link in the paperwork was not working. Customer service was very helpful. After a couple emails back and forth to verify my purchase, the sent the seat. THEN I noticed that the repair kit included did not have the adhesive in it. So I contacted customer service again and again they were very responsive.

Super happy with my purchase. I did a lot of research and finally settled on a Serenelife SUP board. It's easy to inflate, but since I use it so much, I just keep it inflated.PROS:- The inflation valve is made so when you take out the pump, air doesn't escape. I have a friend who has a cheaper board and it's a scramble to get the cap on after she inflates because so much air escapes.- The dual pump (inflates on up and down motion) can be switched to single pump action when the PSI gets heavy. Otherwise I'd find it difficult to lift the handle up when the PSI gets over 10. I have no issue inflating to 15 PSI, but 12 is fine too.- Super light to carry.- At first I didn't like the adjustable paddle, but now I like it because if I need to kneel during windy conditions it shortens to raft size, which is handy.- The large fin can be removed. And the screw is attached so no losing the screw.- I went out in 15 mph winds with this to test it out in choppy conditions. I found that I had to take off the large fin or be swept away with current. I also kneeled, and was able to navigate choppy/windy conditions fine.- Seems stable to me, but I'm intermediate SUP boarder. Not sure what a beginner would make of it. I took my dog for an excursion and she seemed to balance fine on it.CONS:Only a slight complaint, and that's because of the Rising Flow version I bought. The front has a mount for a GoPro. I would have liked a handle in the front since I'm a swimmer and like to have option to tow the paddle board. I believe there are versions with the handle option, but I bought this for sale.Overall: Super happy with the board. I've already put in about 15 miles on it and no issues.

This was a Christmas present for my kids. We have used it many times this past spring and summer and in general it is really nice. Stable, easy to use, and my kids are really enjoying it. However, the primary reason for 5 stars is customer service. I had 2 separate interactions with this company and both were fantastic.First experience- During our travels, unpacking, repacking, etc. I lost the screw that holds on the removable fin. Totally my fault. I reached out to the company to ask about buying a replacement thumb screw and they responded by saying they would take care of it. They ended up sending me an entire replacement fin with new screw, so now I have a replacement fin should something happen. Awesome experience!Second experience- Over time some of the padding began to separate. I reached out looking for guidance to see what type glue I should use or any other solution as it was less than a year old. Certainly not a major deal but was disappointing that some of the padding was coming apart. After a few back and forth emails and sending some pictures, this company replaced the entire board with a new one! I did not even ask for replacement but was obviously very happy to receive that level of service.We don't know much about what makes a good SUP vs a bad SUP, but what I can say is if you are looking for a fun inflatable SUP with a company that stands behind their product, give this a try!

Yesterday was my first time taking it out on the water. I love that the bag fits everything well to travel with, the board itself seems sturdy and has enough room for a small cooler behind me, my dog, life jacket, shoes and a dry bag. Paddle matches perfectly. Only downfall is that the pump takes a lot of energy and the higher the PSI, the harder to pump. Ordering an electric pump ASAP to save the time and energy. Highly recommend you all do the same!

We bought 4 of these for the family. Very sturdy. Easy to learn and very enjoyable. Initially, we were using just the Pump that comes with the Paddleboard to inflate. That takes about 10 minutes of steady Pumping. So, we picked up a Ryobi Air inflator. This cut the inflation to about 7 minutes with no huffing and pumping. We then reconnect the hand pump to check the PSI. We bought some plywood and made a stand for them to keep them off the ground. Deflation is as easy as rolling up a sleeping bag. Great time had by the family paddling around together. We did have an issue with one of the bags not being completely sewn at a small section of the bag.

For the price, quality, and maneuverability you can’t beat this product- so glad I bought it.

Inflated easily with no leaks, looks great. Can't wait to take it out on the water!

Love this. And super convenient having an inflatable SUP where you can store it safely in your car without having to worry about someone stealing it off of your roof racks, in the car pack. Quality is right up there w the commercial white water rafts we’d use on the Canadian Rockies.It is a bit stiff taking fin on and off after each use so I’ve just left it on.But overall really love this SUP. And Am hoping to invest in the seat and kayak paddle, next!

rien de comparable a la photo, meme pas eu de pagaie, ni d ailerons, cest simple, je nai eu que le paddleboard, une pompe et un truc orange vide....alors que jaurais du avoir un kit complet et neuf, non pas egratigner et sale, cest un truc usager que jai recu, mais jai payer pour du neuf.....
