I wanted a tool to measure my sleep habits as well as record my activity during the day. I like the size and being able to wear it easily. The battery life has been 3 to 4 days per charge. I do wear it around the clock which may be contributing to the battery life. I did trial the sizing kit first and wore the test ring for a few days to experiment with the fluctuations of my body and wearing a bulkier ring. I would recommend the test kit, to trial on different fingers, because it is a bulkier ring. Overall, the app is easy to use and explains the values and what they mean. The app also has education options to help target certain measures that are concerning. There is a fee for some features, but the base that is free is what I use and allows me to track my daily activities and my sleep which was my goal.

I was debating between the Oura ring and the Ultrahuman ring. Both look nice, but what really sold Ultrahuman to me was the non-bulky sleek look of the ring and the access to all my health data without having to pay additional monthly fees. The price point of the ring is accessible and honestly, I’ve started to create better healthy habits like sleeping earlier and longer due to the sleep tracking accuracy and the comfort of wearing it while sleeping. Overall 15/10.

I absolutely love my Ultrahuman Ring!! I’ve had a Garmin fitness watch for about 6 years and recently made the switch to Ultahuman. I’m truly not going back. Vitamin D levels with UV index based on your locale, caffeine windows, circadian rhythm phase, cycle tracking for those who bleed, sleep data, step data, cardio age, VO2Max, heart rate data, sleep debt, automatically detecting workouts and walks, basal temp, breathwork training, stress level data and so much more.What I love about it is the insights that it gives you. It’s one thing to have a ton of data and be left to interpret it on your own, but UltraHuman makes the data easy to understand by giving you recommendations. I did research before investing in Ring Air and I loved how it’s lighter and thinner than its competitors. Additionally you don’t have to pay any extra for a different finish—just one standard rate. And you get all your data for free (no additional subscription required)!!The battery lasts about 5 days for me but I’m fairly active. I usually charge it in between a block of meetings every day and it takes less than 30 mins.I truly can’t recommend this product enough to friends and family. It’s already helped me understand my body so much better. You won’t regret this purchase.

I honestly really like my ultrahuman ring. Compared to its competitors, I appreciate that there is no subscription fee to access all of the data that it gives. On top of that, the data is pretty accurate when it comes to tracking sleep and stress which I absolutely love. Battery life is about 4 days for me and it is extremely easy to use and get used to the app. It’s also not bulky or heavy compared to other rings and mine hasn’t gotten scratched. I also got a cover to avoid further scratches or damages to mine.
