Worked fine for 2 days... then, while keeping the load the same (3 devices), it started emitting a burning plastic smell and stopped working. Heat was extreme and it caused a melt in the outside casing. Issue continued. Item was in a dry stone desktop with no change in conditions from working to burning.

I was excited to get this because it's one of the only chargers on the market with as many ports and the QC4.0+. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and wanted this for the QC4.0+/QD feature. It did it's job for about 24 hrs before I smelled a plastic burning and then that port just stopped working (nothing else was plugged into it besides my device).

I liked the device enabling me to charge multiple devices via one wall power socket, esp. it can charge small computers as well! The fast charging seems to work. I do feel that by plugging my phone into the fast charging port, the charging speed is obviously higher than my other charging plug, though I never had time to gauge the relative speed. One review mentioned that the reviewer's unit did not last long. Given this is under Amazon prime, I decide to give it a try as I like the color of this one among all the similar alternatives offered at Amazon. So far so good, my unit is working still. Should it stop working, I will post an update, if Amazon let me.
