CCO Nails requires the use of Base Coat and Top Coat. CCO REQUIRES THE USE OF A 35V UV LAMP OR LED LAMP TO CURE THE GEL. THE PRODUCT WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT THIS PROCESS. Directions: Step 1: Prep and push back cuticles. Step 2: Apply CCO Base coat (sold separately), and cure under UV lamp (sold separately) for 10 seconds. Step 3: Apply colour in a thin application. Cure under UV lamp for 2 minutes. Step 4: Apply a second coat, and then cure under UV lamp for 2 minutes. Not as described. Was like burgundy and very thin. Returned for a refund.

I would like a rerplacement. I hope this is just a one off problem.
I wanted to contact supplier as the polish arrived ok but as you can see by the pictures there is something seriously wrong with the brush.I dont know if it is just a defective brus but this is what it was like the 1st time i opened bottle.I have since taken brush out cleaned it thoroughly in gel polish remover and dried it. The brush then looked perfect i put it back in polish left it for a few hours when i opened the bottle up again the brush was back to being all narly and curled up.I cant use the polish I need and would appreciate a replace ment but I don't understand what has gone wrong with it.
