I love the original Gin Gins, but they are soft, somewhat sticky, and difficult to remove from the wrapper. These are not as soft, more tablet like, and easier to manage. The flavor is a bit stronger than the original.

My husband orders the Double Strength (yellow package) for his stomach, helps settle it after food without medication! They are a hard candy.I like the Spicy Apple (red bag) it is very chewy and sticky like a taffy, but I like that.The Super Strength (blue bag) are a cross between the two, not too hard, not sticky but soft to chew.We don't have a picture of the Tumeric ones but he really liked those too!...they are spicy!

1. There's no space in "3OZ" labeling, which along with font making the "O" look like a "0" caused me to misread as 30 OZ instead of 3. -_-' That's partly my bad, since it's obviously too good to be true. But other than that I had no idea. I'm guessing I'm not the only one to feel misled.2. This is preference, but the candies taste like caramel with ginger flavor. The ginger part is fine, but I dislike that they taste caramelly, personally. Just a note for anyone who cares.The price makes sense for the amount of candy, but I think next time for both reasons listed above, I'm going to shop elsewhere.

These are the best chewy gingers you want to buy. Would definitely buy this product again.

I've been buying these for years. I just got for the first time the Turmeric and Peanut one, but by the reviews I can't wait. I can't get these locally very easily. I have given them to co-workers and have used them myself for nausea and the effect on the stomach is always pleasantly speedy. The chewy ones do have a bit of stickiness to them but they are like a taffy texture, you should expect it. If you have dentures or fillings, just be careful and slow. I prefer the hard ones because they last in my mouth longer, lol. Super Strength is pretty much only when I have a stomach ache. The result is fast. If you are constipated as well, I would imagine that they would get things flowing. Too many could have the opposite effect so don't be a glutton. Delicious If you love ginger and can take the burn.

These are amazing. If I find my stomach feeling a bit upset after lunch I just eat two of these and I feel immensely better. They taste great and help digestion too! A staple in my work and travel bags

Absolutely love these! From previous reviews, the term "chew" is probably misleading - I'm not sure these are meant to be "chewed". These chews have the consistency of taffy so slowly sucking them is the best way to eat them.My favourite flavours are the original, spicy apple and coffee (hard to find). They are not medicated but I find them helpful to calm a dry cough and/or soothe an upset stomach. They're also nice when added to hot water and stirred to make a ginger-flavoured drink (add ginger-flavoured honey to amp up the flavour). They can be found in a 1 lb. bag but it's are really, really hard to come by.

From the price of item I was expecting several bags, however I received 1 little bag for $30!!! Originally this bag costs around $3 at supermarkets. This is the most ridiculous purchase I've ever made. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!

If you're a fan of the taste of ginger, this is perfect for you. I believe it has the highest ginger content out of the other products in this line. The best part is, although it's a chewy candy, it doesn't stick to your teeth! I had a few of these when I had a sore throat and it helped soothe the irritation. Definitely want to try this when I am dealing with motion sickness and see if it will help!
