It does not work!!In the video description it show a lady with golden/ginger hair (as is mine). Remarkably in the video her hair appears to change into a beautiful shade of grey!!!Well the product arrived how excited am I,Applied in exact lines with instructions, rinsed off and thought ok maybe when it's dry it will be different!.Excitement turned to real dissapointment, absolutely no difference whatsoever.The video I believe is a ploy to get you to spend on an expensive product that does not achieve the result show in real life.Extremely dissapointed

Great for getting the yellow out of blonde hair

Really liked this although only used it twice the gray hair has gone a lovely lilac shade while the coloured hair I am growing out has gone a more natural blonde rather than the shall we say yellowish colour on the ends. However it isn't easy to get an even shade all over, the first time I used it I had a purple 'blob' at the back, you have to make sure it's all rinsed out thoroughly. The smell is lovely and lasts a couple of days but beware I left the tub on the side of the sink and there must have been some product on the bottom which has stained the sink, not hugely noticeable and sure it would have come straight off if I had wiped it down, it came off my face but stained the flannel 😀 all in all a good product and I will continue to use it, sure I will get better at putting it on

It definitely works. It definitely takes the yellowness out of your hair when it’s been done my hair feel soft and not straw likeafter bleaching brilliant positive wish I found it years ago.

I used the product so my hair would be silver as per every video I have seen. My hair is quite light as I have always used a lightener to make my hair blond. I didn't achieve that result. In fact hardly made a difference only to turn the lighter parts purple. I will use it as a refresher mask as if you leave on for the stated time your hair will be purple
