Usually, I wear size M but they were too small for me. I ordered L and the fit is perfect. I started using them for everything. Excellent for work and the gym. It helps me maintain better posture, especially for the gym; it provides excellent support for my back. For work, it helps me look better, particularly when I wear slim-fit shirts and t-shirts. They're a bit pricey, but the truth is the quality is excellent, and the polyamide is an excellent material. I've washed them several times already, and they haven't shrunk.

Over the past few months I have struggled with fitting into shirts due to the amount of weight that I gained due to stress eating. I finally found a compression shirt that actually hides my excess weight while at the same time doesn't feel too constricting on my body. The material felt soft yet durable with an added weight to it. I loved how it slimmed my body to where I can feel comfortable again wearing my clothes. I would definitely recommend this product for those seeking a comfortable body shaper with not too much constriction.

This is a perfectly fine compression shirt, but I thought it could be slightly tighter. Would still recommend
