This is the ultimate in epilators available in the Indian market. My search for a facial epilator has finally culminated. I have been using Braun Silk epil epilator for body for the past 3 decades and till date never a problem. Touch wood. This facial epilator is handy, pulls out hair from the roots from upper lip, chin etc. Not painful at all. Only wish it had a cord. The cell discharges with just 1- 2 times use. An extra cell has been provided. It is better to remove cell when not in use. I am happy with the gadget and hope it lives up to the reputation of the German global giant Braun, because it's now made in China!

Product is excellent. Made my life easier and confident.You need to spend few minutes otherwise i was suppose spend half n hour everyday only for chin . Easy to use.Price is expensive . I dont use exfoliation brush but had to pay for it as i was not getting epilator separatelyI am writing today again after 4 yrs Above review was given when I used only for one month.This epilator worked properly only for 2 yrs.Thereafter started giving problem .Start button was working only one side and stopped working completely after 2 yrs.Not worth of value spending Rs.2500.very expensive.Better purchase hair remover trimmer which cost only Rs.250.

Worst product.Don’t waste money.If it can be returned I wish to give it back.

No doubt the item is a revolution, but after using it for more than 3 years now, I feel that the motor is not up to the mark. It revolves on one side only though it has a two way movement. Secondly the battery usage is too high. It runs on LR6 pencil cells. It doesn’t work with ordinary pencil cell.If the company works on these two issue, it will be a perfect thing. Easy to use.

One of the best purchases. Removes hair from the root. I use this on my chin, upper and lower lip maximum times, and can also remove eyebrow extra hair but wont give that salon shape obviously. Still its a great product, saves time of going to the salon. I also used it on my cheeks to remove the peach fuss and it worked great. Obviously it would pain since you are pulling hair from the root. But its similar to threading or waxing. Go for it!

After doing a lot of research i ended by buying this product.let me tell you all the postive and negatives points .1.packing and all are excellent with a user guide2.provides a clean clear skin after use3. Removes hair from the root so the result will last for more daysAbout the negative aspects1.its time consuming,it do take a lot of time to clean your face as the rotating head is too small it removes only few hair strands at a time and need to roll the head over over on particular area to get rid of all the hair2.not good for very sensitive skin as i noticed few bumps right after the use .which lasted for 2 days3 .painfull , obviously it will bcz it removes hair from the root .it cannot be considered as a negative side .but still needs to mention it as a review "NO PAIN NO GAIN"4. I got few cuts while epilating the chin area . So be careful while using this for the first time,i recommend first strech the skin maximum as possible then epilate to avoid cuts

Its a great product, for as long as it works.Always keep 2 charged batteries, one for each side, as it starts dying that much faster.Bought it twice… the first time it lasted just over a year and the second time about 10-11 months.It just stops working. The problem starts with the switch not working one way and then eventually just dies on you.Not worth the amount if i need to keep buying it every year.

As a person with a lot of fuzz on the face and being constantly annoyed by it, i bought this as a DIY solution. A puzzled mom exclaimed 'isnt that natural though??' to which i say ' girls are not supposed to have sideburns (pardon me feminazis) or moustaches.. In fact any hair below eyebrows is a big no'. Some people wax their cheeks and i do not want to experience that.So coming to the product.. really sleek, will be easy to carry around while travelling. I wish they had given a carry pouch/case, some of the later models do.. works great actually.. it takes time to get them all, then again depends on how much hair you are working with.It does not come with detailed instructions expect basics.. it has two direction of the head, clockwise and counter clockwise.. hold it against your face such that direction of head is opposite to the growth. move around smoothly, not with sudden jerks and keep zapping hair as you go..For sideburns i learnt a trick to trim them to a length below the tragus of ear as a reference point and clear hair below and around it avoiding to look like having square edge. Tuck back as much hair behind ear as possible to retain "natural" look..Honestly it does hurt, and ofcourse it would; you are pulling your hair from the roots you shouldnt be expecting less.. will hurt more if you have thicker hair ie. sideburns, moustache.. the fuzz goes away easily.. Take a painkiller (ibuprofen) about 15 min back if thats a problem. or apply anaesthetic gel on skin. Its not extremely painful but again pain is very subjective; some people percieve it more..First time i used it i got breakouts on my face next day. i have sensitive skin, i remember getting bumps even after getting threaded for the first time. i should have cleaned it with spirit first..clean your face with cleanser first and apply ice on it after being done to reduce this. the skin will get used to it eventually after repeated uses. Also the painkiller will help.I have used it for more than a month now, the surprise feature is the cleansing brush. I use it every day/ alternate days.. My skin had never felt better.. use it with scrubs or face washes.. it feels great! I actually want to try out different heads on it as described on the box but dont know where to purchase them.Batteries havent been that much of a problem for me, i use it a lot.. This is one purchase that is totally worth it.. Might seem bad at first due to pain etc, but you will love your skin after using it..
