This heart-shaped eye mask is the perfect size for covering the eyes or even if you have a small ailment like one shoulder hurting or something like that. It is very versatile. The warming pack has an outer removable layer which is the layer that is colored in orange, white, and pink. So the cover can be washed if need be. The pack has a lovely lavender scent especially when heated. Just a minute in the microwave is plenty to get this to the perfect temperature for use. The heat and the weight feel great on the eyes and the scent from the lavender is calming. I really like this little heat pack. It also has a silky drawstring back to store it in when you are not using it. Great product.

This is one of those pillows that you warm up and then place on your eyes for helping with draining as well as sleeping. I know you can use it for cold therapy as well, but for me I solely use it for heated purposes. I think it's perfectly sized, and it really does help me! Easily recommendable!

This comes packed nicely enough to give as a gift. It's made well. I like that it has a removeable cover so you can wash it. I had a previous facial pack like this and it didn't have a cover I could take off and wash, but I wish it did. It's not too heavy on my eyes. I personally enjoy the weight of it and do find it helpful for relaxing. I much prefer this heart shape over the typical rectangle shape. I also like the lavender scent.I have no idea why some people think it should have ear loops... It's not that kind of eye mask.It's a cute, little self-care item. I like it. I find it useful. I'm happy I got it and would get it again.

The coverage of this eye mask is amazing. This really helps when sleeping, gets me a good night rest, I love this!

I love this weighted eye mask as sometimes in the middle of the night the head just needs to be held down as if it is gently saying, 'be still my active soul'. The feel of this is silk like and smooth. The lavender adds to the ambiance reaching to every sense to the maximum. And oh wow, the added bonus if you had to get out of bed of heating it up to warm the body on cold night. On the reverse if too hot, you have to plan ahead and put it in the freezer for an hour or so. Better yet, order an extra and have one in the fridge all the time ready to go.5 Star!

This is a very nice eye pillow. It has a decent amount of weight so it feels so relaxing on the eyes.To be honest though, I could have gone without the lavender scent. It's not super strong but I felt it was sort of unnecessary because the pillow itself is pretty relaxing.I love the packaging! It's so pretty and would be perfect for gifting.They even include a little carry pouch for the pillow which is super nice.Very nice eye pillow! I enjoy this on days I just need a little tlc.

I really wanted to LOVE this eye mask, and in some ways, I do, but this is not a typical eye mask.It's very nicely presented, complete with gift box and nice wrapping. The mask itself is covered in a sort of tie-dyed cloth, which you can remove and wash. Nice! Also, it's nicely stuffed with lavender and rice and smells amazing. I also love that you can heat this up and use it hot, or freeze it and use it cold.Now here's the bad part: There are no ear loops on this mask! It will only "sit" on your face if you are reclining, and cannot be used for sleep, as it would never stay on all night.It does provide a total blackout though, as long as you don't move around at all and knock it off.Three stars.

Looks nice, feels nice, smells nice, works great! The simple shape of a heart combined with the lentils or whatever is inside make for a perfect little weighted eye mask. There are not straps so consider this a relaxing doze off sleep mask and not one to take you through the evening. Heart shape gives the "aww" feeling when you see it and really works great to straddle your nose and gently tuck into eye sockets. I am not a fan of straps but did find that if you try to use while elevated on pillow it tends to sink down on face and may interrupt your slumber. Overall however - love it!
