Very nice small saw
I bought this saw primarily for pruning trees. I know, it will do much more but that was the prime reason. It works great! Battery life is excellent and it will saw through 4 inch branches with few complaints. The motor does warm a bit but never triggered the built-in thermal protection.This saw is light weight and have low vibration. I'm confident it will cut plastic and relatively thin metal tubing, just haven't needed to try it yet.Buy it. For $70 it is a bargain.

This thing is GREAT!
I had never used one of these tools before so it was a new experience. Had to break open the instruction booklet. But the batteries charge quickly, and last a long time. I have used this to trim small tree trunks, probably up to 2 or 3 inches around. It is my go-to tool now. Easy to use - the chainsaw scared me - so I use it on any trees and shrubs that have become overgrown and need trimming. It is lightweight yet seems really sturdy. I am so happy with this. It comes with two batteries (although I'm not sure where I would get more when these wear out so I hope they last a long time) and at least 10 blades. Love it!

Terrible Customer Service
My husband was very pleased with this saw, at first. After using about four times on small branches the saw stopped working. Seemed to freeze up and wouldn't recharge. This company wants you to email only, but after almost two weeks we've had no reply. He's tried the customer service phone number many times but it goes straight to a busy signal. I reached out to Amazon re this problem. I heard back they would investigate the matter but would not tell me the results! This is ridiculous. He has a product that doesn't work, money out of our pocket, and evidently no solution in sight.

Works well
I don't use it for large projects. I do small little ones it cut through pvc pipe and concrete forms smoothly.
