I am baffled this only has 61% 5 star reviews. This is the 4th dog clipper I have tried on Amazon. I had an expensive Wahl clipper but don't like the lithium battery aa they're a fire hazard. The other clippers I bought to replace it had issues. One showed it had a cord on the main photo but it was cordless with a lithium battery. The other two were so cheap, they wouldn't even go thru my dogs hair. She is a cockapoo and has more cocker hair that's super thick and can easily get matted. I was so frustrated I could not find a new clipper UNTIL I got this one. It goes thru her hair like butter, no hesitation at all. It works better than my old $250 Wahl too. It is super light weight, quiet and I thought the cord would bug me but it doesn't at all. It comes with an extra long cord and the perfect guards to get 4 levels clipped. I could not be happier, They also sent an extra cutting blade in case I ever need it. The price is amazing and it has a coupon for money off right now. I HIGHLY recommend it and give it 10 stars!!!! Someone wrote it over heats quickly and that is just not true. The trim job they do is completely even and makes my job a breeze.

These clippers for pets work very well, much better than any others I have purchased. They are not very loud, and sharp. I have a long haired dachshund with very woolly, fuzzy hair that is hard to trim and he is susceptible to the heat . They are not heavy and comfortable to hold and use. My only issue is the on switch is right where you hold them and its very easy to accidentally shut them off while using, but that was a minor inconvenience compared to the happiness that I actually found an affordable clipper that really works. The only others I have ever had that worked this well were $200 Oster Pro groomers. Thank you for a good product.

This is by far the best clippers I have ever had. I have bought other "reputable" clipper brands that worked once and then quickly stopped cutting, pulling my dog's hair and making grooming a nightmare. This clippers goes through my dog's hair like a hot knife through butter. My dog is a cockapoo and her hair is so thick and prone to matting. This clippers is amazing and cut grooming time about 80%.I have used it for 5 full grooming now and it is just as sharp as when I first got it. Thank you for making this product, I hope it never stops being sold because I will buy this again and again if needed.My accolades of praise may sound over the top, but the nightmare of trying to groom your dog with inferior machinary is like torture, and this truly relieved me if it. Thank you!

This cutter worked on my dog's thick coat very well. It is corded and has a lot of power. Noise level is about normal, the handle is a nice fit and very ergonomic for me.

I have a long haired cat that kept getting matte's.These are the only clippers I have found that works well on my cat's fur.

After being let down clipper after clipper, I was so excited to get these for my doggo’s summer fade. They were packaged nicely, lightweight came with several guards and even an extra blade (wow!)Excited to start cutting, I chose a guard and turned them on, my doggo did not respond to the sound, they were really quiet and handled well, the super long cord was a plus because sometimes doggo likes to scoot away and It had enough cord to move with him and continue to cut.Here’s where the issue comes in, the guards DO NOT work! I got my package at night and immediately went to work with not the best lighting, but guards makes an even cut (right?) so I wasn't worried, they cut like a hot knife through butter which is wonderful, but when I got him in better lighting he had lines all over him and was nearly bald in-between the lines, it was terrible. So I put on a shorter guard to fix it and the guard fell off twice.🤦‍♀️ I had no choice but to go guard free. My doggo is now nearly bald, I managed to save most of his mane so that he would have some sort of style and not just hairless, but I'm upset!! I wanted these to be my forever clippers! Doggo has lost a little confidence, and my toddler will not let him, she only pokes him with a finger :( positive mirror affirmations seem to help a little, but not enough.I will be returning these and using the credit to buy him some sunscreen and clothes.
