My 5yr old recently destroyed my old black out curtain which was desperately needed over this large window because its directly across from the living room TV. Since the window goes up to the ceiling it is difficult using curtain rods and I decided to use an in-the-frame set of blinds.I decided on these as they seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. They were priced competitively, had the exact style and color I needed from a large selection, and were one of the only ones who had a custom size which met the dimensions of my extra-wide window. Everyone else would have required 2 sets of blinds and I didn’t want that.The installation was a breeze. I had to install three clips to the ceiling (2 screws each) and the blinds simply snapped into place. It only took an hour because I was being extra careful with my measurements and I also widened the clip holes to accommodate 1/4” tapcons rather than the anchors which come with the set (once again, because of the 5yr old).The blinds are very sturdy. They open and close from either the top or bottom very smoothly and I can tell they have a great quality which will keep them in operating order for many years to come. They block out light wonderfully and much better than my old blackout curtains. I still need to buy some light blocking track strips to stick to the sides of the frame which is typical for this kind of installation as you don’t want the blinds actually touching the wall and getting damaged over time. I’m so happy the measurements I provided were perfect and they cut the blinds to exactly what I was expecting.I have 3 other windows which I still use curtains for and one with vertical blinds. I am definitely going to upgrade all of them in time to these blinds. I will share my continuing experience with these.I HIGHLY RECOMMED THESE to anyone who is looking for a cleaner look to their room, privacy, light filtering, or blackout needs.

The tdbu blinds were better than expected, but delivery time was more than anticipated due to coming from China and sitting in customs for multiple days before being released to carrier for delivery.

These shades are really wonderful! They are really high quality and the beige color is what I consider to be a designer color - really a beautiful warm tone. They were easy to install and look like they were done by a professional service. They also look much more expensive than they were. Customer service was amazing. They reached out to suggest better sizing for my windows than what I had entered and they were right! They fit perfectly! Be sure to include your actual window dimensions even though that is optional to include. We got a single one initially and were so pleased we got 7 more. Thank you to the service team for going the extra mile!

I thought it would be a bit difficult to install this blinds, but to my surprise, it is pretty easy to get it installed. It operates smoothly. It can block pretty hot sun shining into our back window in the afternoon (it is white outside, but black inside so it is effective to block light). I especially like the fact that this blind has two sections that can be pulled down separately. Need another one.

These are such a fantastic, necessary upgrade! We had destroyed, roman, shades for blackout and insulation purposes. Long story, these were such an easy install and already make a world of difference in functionality! They easily compliment our decor and make us happy to open every day. Recommend! Will replace a few other, old blinds in the house shortly…

It was easy to install but I ordered the white blind and it look gray. Very disappointed
