It's a great printer and the company stands behind their product. The tech support is amazing. It is overseas and primarily through a phone app, but they are very responsive and helpful. If you are new to DTF printing I would suggest you set-up a call with them to get your machine up and running, as there are some nuances to the printer to get it running perfect. I had to tinker to get my colors just right, but it will do the whitest whites and blackest black with all the colors in between if you get your settings squared away. While there is no real manual to speak of, it does come with quite a few spare parts and such, like pumps, dampers, hoses, etc. If you put effort into it you can get great results. Overall you should be happy with this printer and it seems like it will last. It's built like a tank, very solid, so other than consumables that normally need to be replaced, i.e. print heads, belts, etc., this thing should last a long time. It does come with it's own ripping software, so no need for added expense, however, if you already have Digital Factory, it is possible to run it through it's controller service software (usually localhost port 9100).

Solid DTF Printer! Build quality is fantastic. Pretty straight forward setup. Laptop with drivers and software is a nice touch and makes functionality easy. Have made a few shirts so far with outstanding quality.Had, what I thought, was an issue with a setting in the software, long story short the issue was with my graphic being used. That's said, tech support Levi was online and able to assist. Even went to the software developer to make sure I didn't have something we lied going on. That's above and beyond and a level of service you don't often get these days.

I originally wanted the black version, but I had issues checking out (keep getting an error) and ended up with the pink one. While it’s very bright, I’ve gotten used to it over time.Assembling the printer was straightforward, thanks to the excellent customer service. There are setup videos available, but the support team is on standby for any questions. They also assist with installing the programs on your computer, which makes the process much easier. The Wellprint software serves as the driver and is used to print your DTF image. The Colorip software is the RIP software where you would load, resize, and prepare your image. Once ready, you select "Print" in Colorip to save the image and upload it to Wellprint for actual printing.The print quality is excellent, with vibrant colors, and maintenance is simple. If I don’t use it daily, I perform a print head cleaning twice a day to keep the white ink flowing and prevent clogs. There’s also a white ink circulation knob on the back that will need to be turned on every 4-5 days.I absolutely love this printer! It’s far more convenient than sublimation (which requires specific substrates) and weeding vinyl (HTV). I mostly use it for holidays or events, as it’s perfect for creating personalized gifts.That said, I’ve noticed a couple of limitations:1. Images need to be limited to 12 inches to avoid the sides being cut off during printing.2. I haven’t figured out how to create halftone prints yet, as the process seems more complex.Overall, I highly recommend this printer—110%! It’s much easier to use than self-converted DTF printers, stress-free, and supported by an amazing customer service team. Huge thanks to Jeeper, Levi, and Frank for their continued help!

So far great machine, customer service was amazing on helping get it setup and printing. When I ordered did not realize it came with its own laptop with software already on installed. Nice touch and added value to this printer.
