Microingredients Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Powder is a fantastic product. I’ve been drinking the tea of this flower for some time now, and I love the color and the health benefits it offers. This powder is different from the tea. It is pulverized flowers, creating an opaque purple powder which can be added to any drink, smoothie, yogurt or food to brighten it and add color to. This is the second product from this company that I have purchased from Amazon, and it does not disappoint. The other product is their moringa powder. Both are excellent! In the picture, you can see the lovely purple color it gives my smoothie. This makes my blueberry smoothie so much more blueberry looking, and so much more appealing to the eye. There is very little, if any, taste or aroma to this powder. It blends well with most anything. It is not caffeinated, and adds a boost of healthy pigments to your food and beverage for a very good value. This is a very mild tasting and relaxing tea that is said to be full of antioxidants. It is also fun for the grandkids to watch as it changes colors with the addition of lemon or another acid. At the time of purchase, this item had the best price.

Love how easily it dissolves and I don't have to brew the tea, I can just mix it in quickly. Tastes great. Beautiful color.

This butterfly powder is extremely high-quality compared to some of the other brands out there and you get more bang for your buck when you purchase from this company. It really has a mild flavor. You can definitely taste it in certain foods, but I do mix it into my oatmeal every morning with some cinnamon. You can hardly taste the flavor if you add other spices like cinnamon. It seems to have a lot of benefits, but I’m not entirely sure. Great product though.

This was a new tea to me and I bought it for a blue party recipe for blue colored coconut rice. It came out a nice color. It turns out it also makes a delicate and very pretty blue pea flower tea. I am enjoying it by the pot.

Great quality tea, love the flavor and fact that it is organic and non-GMO. Good packaging. Would order again.
