The quality and is nice and the adjustable underbust band is a very good factor BUT it's not suited for heavy breast,it doesn't provide the support which it must do, and doesn't stop the bouncing even by little because ig the material is sooo stretchable ,if the elasticity was a little less ,ig it would have been great,so for me it's not worth the price
