I don't write many reviews. Normally stuff does about what it should and about what you'd expect. But, these casters are worth a shout-out. They are very smooth. Easy to install, Lock securely. Stable. I am buying two more sets--they work well.

Three installation options:Screw in to replace existing threaded feet.Bolt through a hole, washers & nuts included.Screw nutserts into 1” deep hole you drilled into a wood frame, screw casters into nutserts. Allen wrench for nutserts not included.Very pleased with these, I did not expect a complete kit in a box, I don’t remember the extra hardware and tools being mentioned, but then again that was a week ago🙄.They roll very smoothly/noiselessly across my tile floor, swivel smoothly as well, on factory greased ball bearings, which is definitely not typical. Grease might attract some dust over time, but the swivels aren’t going to be stubborn under load. If you want them greaseless, wash it out with brake cleaner. Outside!!!The wheel hub is plastic (pvc?) rides directly on the axle without bearings, which generates friction and will wear with heavy use/abuse, but is not really a problem unless you have to push heavy things a great distance at a time or are planning to build a high speed shopping cart. A shot of dry film teflon into the axle holes would be a bad idea.One of the interesting things is the orange of the wheels is very noticeable in peripheral vision, reducing the likelihood of kicking or tripping over a caster if the wheel is sticking out.The wheel locks are sturdy steel, no doubt capable of tolerating abuse, Unfortunately all the casters have lock on the same side, but that is an FYI, rather than a complaint.I put these under a tv/stereo entertainment center to replace existing feet, now I can move all the gear all at once instead of unloading or trying to move it while loaded with a couple hundred pounds of equipment. Not exactly meant for living room furniture, but I like that it adds a little color excitement to an otherwise earth tone and flat black dominated room. See photos.

Used on an older wooden service cart with chopsaw on top. Replaced the cheap plastic wheels that were on cart. These fit perfect, just had to cut a tad off threads to fit, and now cart rolls so much better. Wrench included to remove and install wheels. AWESOME.

Haven't tested it, looks more sturdy than original that broke on the axle
