The customer service was great and I got a refund with no hassles. But we had the same problem with the second set as with the first, the handle just snapped off, I think it's only glued on. Shame, the price seemed good.We got the replacement from Builder Depot.

Bought this for house share, and all locks come with generic keys, which isn’t made obvious, so be warned not really suitable for more than 1 per household, if you want them to be fit for purpose

They're a little on the flimsy side but easily the best value for money, I doubt you'll be able to find a better deal elsewhere.
