Great
I used it to make fermented bread for a while, it was very good, after sprinkling flour, it was not easy to stick and it was also very breathable

Must have for bread bakers
If you are serious about making bread at home you already have this. If you are thinking about starting to make bread at home, you need this. I tried to use an old t-shirt at first but though it worked, it didn't really give that authentic feel. Using this was a night and day, well, night and dusk difference. This item is not needed by any means, but it does help out incredibly when you are letting your bread loaves rise. The strong feel of the material gives the impression that it will last many years if treated right. I baked for loaves of French bread and they came out absolutely perfect. Without it, they had a tendency to get wider at the bottom but this held its shape perfectly

Yes it is professional quality
Take it out of the bag and iron it to remove the fold wrinkles, then start baking. I agree with the reviewers who say it's good for covering dough in the fridge while proofing overnight, but it's a bit overkill. I have a reasonably good sized baking table but I have to use the dining table to lay this out for proofing baguettes. Still, I had never proofed more than two baguettes at once, so this is a game changer for me. It could be just a little thicker in my opinion, but it's got enough stiffness to hold the folds separating your baguettes. You may want to use a couple of rolling pins on each side of the two end baguettes....

Very good Quality
I am extremely impressed with the Prutomr Dough Proofing Cloth. The quality is top-notch, and it’s very sturdy—definitely built to last for years. The size (35"x26") is perfect for larger batches of dough, and it provides ample space for my baguettes and other loaves to proof properly. The fabric is thick and durable, making it feel professional-grade, and it does an excellent job of absorbing excess moisture from the dough, allowing it to rise without sticking. It’s easy to fold and shape the dough on the cloth, and the material has a nice texture that helps maintain the right environment for optimal proofing. After several uses, it shows no signs of wear or tear, which gives me confidence that it will hold up well over time. The cloth is also easy to clean, and with proper care, I can see it lasting for years to come.If you’re serious about bread-making and want a reliable, long-lasting proofing cloth, this one is a great choice. I’m really happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it to other bakers!
