Handy.
Works great on thin stuff like green onions and for thicker things like a stalk of celery it will work if you press down hard. It is very sharp and cuts through almost anything that is not too thick. It can make chopping food into small pieces faster. For larger fruits and veggies just slice first, then use it on the slices.

Great slicer
I like this for slicing onions. It makes them look fancy for salads. Nice and sharp.

Not very durable
It’s not very durable. The stainless steel handle is very sturdy. However, the attachment for the fork blades is very flimsy. If you put too much pressure on the fork blades, they will snap off the handle. It could present injury because the pork blades are very sharp.

Easy to use
Made quick work of slicing scallions. Looking forward to trying it on other vegies. Very sharp and appreciate having a cover for storage.

Wasn’t sharp enough to slice through
As much as I thought this was going to be my new favorite kitchen tool because it is supposed to cut even green onions, I couldn’t get it to slice through and the onions got stuck in the tool.

Great for the green onions in our garden
We have been regrowing green onions/scallions from leftovers for several years now. We just keep replanting the ends whenever we cut some up in the kitchen and freeze all of the slices of tops for use when needed. This old tool makes that process a lot easier because we can slice up a green onion in just a few strokes and then pop the end in a cup of water to wait for it to sprout. Super convenient.

Blades
Blades are not ridged enough for hard vegetables ex. Carrots.
