After a few weeks of use this, it has exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is remarkably sharp for a portable google tv, making streaming and work tasks easy. The built-in speakers deliver surprisingly clear AND loud audio, eliminating the need for bluetooth speakers. Its really lightweight and has a slim profile so i can move it around and store it easy. I did encounter some initial lag in the menu navigation, but a quick software update (thanks to the responsive customer support!) fixed the issue. Now it works no problem. The screen's brightness and color are great for its size, making it perfect for extending my laptop's display or watching movies anywhere. This is a great value for anyone needing a portable, high-quality tv.

First of all, we're very happy with our purchase. I was looking specifically for a portable unit and this was one of the largest in an acceptable price range for us.OK - first issue, for which I deducted one star. We don't watch much TV, only a movie once in a while or an episode of a show, so my primary reason for buying this TV was to show our photos as a screensaver. I contacted the seller to be sure that I could use a USB stick to provide the photos to the screensaver and I was assured that it was possible. I was led to believe that all I had to do was insert the stick and it would load the photos. Not quite, but...after downloading an app in the app store (which cost a few dollars) I'm now able to showcase the photos but I have to manually start the program. The onboard screensaver will load your photos automatically if you have them stored in the Cloud in Google Photos, but I didn't want to use the service and have to pay a subscription fee for more storage. We have a LOT of photos. The TV accepted a 128GB Flash drive formatted to FAT32 with no problems.Second issue - the remote sucks. There aren't enough options on it like rewind, fast forward, and pause. You have to use the back button to pause it then hit resume in whatever app you're streaming. There is a mute button which is nice for commercials.OK on to the good.The screen quality is excellent. The viewing angle is the best I've seen in any smaller TV with the clarity exceptional even from almost completely at the side.The sound is very good for the size. We rarely have it over 1/4 of the way up. The factory setting for the bass was pretty weak so we were able to change it in the settings. Both music and movies sound great on the speakers.The onboard apps are quite sufficient for the average needs. The only app we added was for a motorcycle race site that my husband watches and for the screensaver.The quality of the photo display on our screensaver is absolutely stunning.The craftsmanship is of the highest quality. The case is very well made with high quality materials. The leather carrying handle is sturdy and well mounted. We hang the unit on the wall by this strap. It also came extremely well packaged.The battery life was grossly understated on the product information. It says 3 hours but I've run it 4-1/2 and still had over 1/3 of the battery life showing on the indicator. We leave it plugged in hanging on the wall when we're not using it then unplug it to put on the coffee table to watch it. It will be great to use out on the patio this summer as well.The WiFi hooks up seamlessly. The TV can be slow sometimes as mentioned in another review but I'm honestly not sure that isn't a factor of our internet, not the TV.The Bluetooth hooks up seamlessly. I've hooked up my earbuds to it with zero issues.This is a great TV. A little on the high side price wise, but I was able to take advantage of a sale that cut $50 off the price so it was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend this unit if you're looking for a portable TV.

Tv connects perfectly to internet, it actually does work for about 3 hours on a charge, the picture quality is really excellent surprisingly so and it doesn't weigh too much for carting aroundI highly recommend this product

Great picture, easy setup. Worth the money if you are looking for a compact TV. Buying a second one soon.

Update: it died after five months of light use, powered off right in the middle of a movie. This wasn't a battery issue, it was plugged in and did not throw a low-battery warning. Nothing could bring it back, it's a brick.This product has, to my knowledge, no competition. It's good, but not great. Picture and sound quality are meh, and the whole thing is a little sluggish, like a TV in a hotel, but if you want portable TV with a battery, this is it.If any Skyworth product people are listening: I would pay $300 more for a better version. Give me a better screen, better speakers, and more responsive interface.Instead of targeting campers and RVs, make a product for someone who wants a high-end TV for their home that they can put away when not in use. The form factor is perfect: sitting on a coffee table this monitor is the same angular size as a wall-mount flatscreen, and you can put it in the closet when you're done. Now make it with higher-quality components.

Not very technical but took a while to get up and running But picture is good. I used it while staying @ an Air B&B which didn’t have a tv. I used this in my bedroom & loved that I could get all my tv apps .

Excellent productA wonderful portable TV, really flexible and I even use as a second monitor, has all the streaming apps.
