OleGold- Liquid Olive Leaf Extract - Hydroxytyrosol, Tyrosol & Oleuropein

If you’re feeling slightly under the weather, add a dropperful to your beverage of choice. It’s like a magic potion-you will feel better by the next day! I should probably explain that I rarely am sick so I respond to the slightest “off” feeling. I don’t mind the herbaceous taste and will add it to water, but my teens don’t like the taste so they prefer masking it in a juice or a smoothie.

This OleGold dietary supplement comes in a two-pack set of boxes, with a bottle in each one. Each box contains 1 amber-colored glass bottle which has a cap that seals the bottle, plus a separate eye dropper with marked lines which allows you to draw up to 1 ml. of the supplement into the dropper. The bottle contains 60 ml of hydroxytyrosol (a proprietary blend of hydroxytyrosol, tyrosol, and oleuropein).I removed the cap then used the eye dropper to draw up 1 ml of the supplement. The scent of the liquid is wonderful. It's almost citrus-y but not quite; just very pleasant and slightly fruity. I squeezed the eye dropper's contents into a cup then added 6 ounces of water to it and stirred it. Then, I drank it. (On later days, I simply added the supplement to a cup and ran water into the cup, swished it around, then drank it. That seemed to be enough to mix it up.)The taste is pretty neutral. It's not sweet or sour, but it's not unpleasant. The eye dropper works well and pulls up anywhere from 0.25 5o 1 ml of the supplement. Easy to take, and I appreciate having the lid/eye dropper combo design in case of travel.

Molecular Biolife International OleGold 2 pack.Well, I was not familiar with olive leaf extract. Or that it was even a thing. So I asked my friend, Google, and learned a lot.It is high in beneficial antioxidants. And, many other claimed benefits which apparently I cannot hint at in a review.I am trying this in a daily basis. It has a strong green, herbal olive flavor. I do not mind it straight from the dropper, but you may want to mix it with a beverage.Suggested dose is 1 ml. The dropper has graduated measurements. The bottle contains 60 ml. And, this order is a two-pack.

To me, this tastes like if I mixed olive oil with that icky cough medicine I used to take as a kid (and held my nose while swallowing). I started tilting my head back, putting the dropper toward the back of my tongue and swallowing it that way. It is rather strong, but not impossible to take on its own. Now that I've started putting it on the back of my tongue, I prefer taking it on its own because it's a fairly strong taste to mask in another liquid or food. This is olive leaf extract, which contains Hydroxtyrosol, which means it is jam packed with antioxidants and olive leaf extract in particular has more antioxidants than other foods that also contain Hydroxtyrosol. I am always excited when I can obtain health benefits from a natural product. AND there is nothing else added to this product – just pure olive leaf extract. I didn’t really feel an energy boost from this, but I do feel there are some supplements that have more subtle, long-term health benefits, and I would think antioxidants would be one of them. So, even though I may not have felt an energy boost, I do feel this is a quality addition to maintaining and enhancing my overall health.

This is an easy add-on to my wellness regime. I add an ML to a glass of water/juice. It's practically tasteless and doesn't contradict the other supplements I take. Anything I can do to help boost my over-all health I'm here for. For me this is an easy preventative to take. I would say to take this in the AM vs PM because this does make it harder for me to fall asleep if I take it before bedtime.

This tincture smells good but has a strong taste to it this is pretty easy to take I don’t mix it with anything I put it under my tongue wait a few seconds and then swallow it and then drink some juice or water after it. I got this because it says it helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels I haven’t gone to the doctor to check but hopefully I’ll see some change when I go in.

This Molecular Biolife International OleGold is very concentrated, so it's super easy to add to my morning smoothies without having to be concerned about the taste. This two pack should last two months. I appreciate getting a solid form of supplements in such an easy way.

Last blood test cholesterol high. Dr gave a horrible prescription I simply cant take. Trying a supplement regime with diet modification I hope works but wont know until next blood test and comes back improved. If still high, will update this review but for now Im going with it works like I hoped,
