Just what we ordered as a gift.

The crimp-able metal part of this connector is thinner than what I have been using. It sometimes does not crimp tightly with my tools...one time the connector just fell off the wire. But on the other side, the plastic sleeve is heat shrinkable and also adhesive! Given you get a good electrical connection, the plastic sleeve is really glued to the wire and makes an excellent stress relief and insulates all the metal on the connector.

I have used some of these and they do as they should. No problems to report.

These are of a very poor quality. The plastic is super thin and tears easily during normal crimping. The metal that’s used does fold as it should to hold your wires in place after being crimped. I ended up wasting more connectors which was a huge waste of time/effort for the savings. So don’t be cheap like me because there’s better options available on Amazon.

Nice water tight seal

These work as expected in pretty much every way. The connections seem to be a bit looser than other spade connectors I've used previously. They are pretty easy to push together and just as easy to pull apart, which isn't exactly ideal for something that you're going to be sealing up and not taking apart anyhow. The connections on these may end up being loose, so I wouldn't really trust them for mission critical applications. If these were all I had on me I would probably crimp down on the actual spade portion before shrinking just in case. The shrink ratio is as advertised and I had no issues with it going up in flames even with a lighter.If you're just tinkering around with simple electronics and don't want to break the bank, these are a good option. I wouldn't trust these for marine/automotive applications though.
