Comfortable solid chair.
You can assemble this chair on your own but as per the instructions, it is much easier with two people. I had two issues in assembly. You have to put two rubber band/grommets on rods holding the foot rest on. The first went on easily, the second took ages and only went on when I inadvertently pushed in the plastic end piece at the end of the rod which somehow helped. The second issue was that one of the (small) screw holes for the seat/seat back hinge cover was too shallow meaning the plastic cover was loose and rattling. I resolved that by using a small plastic washer to effectively shorten the length of the screw. If you’re assembling the chair on your own I would recommend putting the seat on the piston and wheels before putting the seatback on, and use a nearby wall to stop the assembly moving as you go on. Once assembled the seat is solid, fully adjustable and I find it very comfortable. Even allowing for the minor issues I had I still give it 5 stars.

Comfortable, sturdy and easy to assemble.
I definitely needed this chair. I already have a gaming chair but it has seen better days and it was always too wide for me. I got a larger one as I thought it would be more comfortable but it was the opposite. This gaming chair however is the ideal size. It holds me in place and just feels so much better. It also has a thicker seat cushion than my other chair which is much kinder on the backs of my legs.Assembly was pretty easy and it was up and running in about 20 minutes.Build quality seems good so far. Nothing falling apart, no rattles or squeeks and it glides smoothly on the casters. The back is adjustable enough to get the right angle for me.Will it last as long as my previous chair? I don't know. So far it seems comfortable and sturdy so time will tell. If I get over 12 months out of it though I will be more than happy.

Comfy
This is a great chair, solid and really comfy.Takes around 20 odd minutes to put together on your own, probably around the same but easier if you did it with a helper. It comes with all the bits you'll need to put it together, including a quite decent wrench/screwdriver combo thing.Once assembled it's pretty large and heavy so you may want to make sure you're assembling it where you want it to live once made.It big, it's comfy, the only thing that let it down for me is a few little finishing issues. The covers for the side arms don't screw in properly so the left hand one is quite loose and there's no plugs for the screw holes which would just finish the whole thing off nicely so there's no holes in the sides. These are small points, but for the price of the chair I'd personally expect a little more attention to these details.I expect this is similar to the lower end Secret Labs though and overall it's a fantastic chair, just slightly disappointed by those small cosmetic issues.

Very comfortable
My daughter works from home several days a week, and both her and her boyfriend are keen gamers. She'd been using an old cheaper office chair for the last few years, which was shabby and not at all comfortable, so she was overjoyed to be able to review this chairAt £209.99 (price correct at the time of writing this review) its not exactly cheap, but if you're going to be sitting in something for most of the day (and possibly evening) then I feel its worth paying a little extra for! And you certainly get a good quality, well made, comfortable chair hereMy daughter said that the chair was really easy to set up and didn't take long at all, and as you can see from the photos, it looks pretty good too. She says it's really comfortable to sit on, she likes the foot rest and the fact that it reclines too, so all in, a success here, she loves the chair and can't recommend it highly enough

Super comfy
This chair is incredibly comfortable, with a wide seat and a high back that easily accommodates my frame. The ergonomic design, including the 3D armrests, adjustable headrest, and lumbar support, provides excellent support during long sessions. The reclining back and built-in footrest are perfect for relaxing between games or work tasks.Despite its sturdy build, it was straightforward to assemble, and it supports up to 350lbs without any issues. The black design is stylish and looks great in my gaming area. It’s a top-notch investment for comfort and durability.

Very Comfortable Gaming/Office Chair
The media could not be loaded. Hey are looking for a new chair to replace your old office/gaming chair? Would you like one that has some extra features that will make your next chair more than “just a replacement” for your currect chair? Well this could be the chair you want/need!Many desk chairs these days offer very little comfort and provide little to no support for your back. They feel very uncomfortable for all parts of your body whether it be your neck, your back and maybe even your bottom. Sitting even feels worse when it is during long periods of time. We all need to be walking every now and then to take breaks from sitting while at our desks, but sitting should comfortable too! This is what led me to giving this chair a try. This gaming/office chair was very easy to assemble. The manual was easy to follow and even had a QR code in the manual for me to scan which linked me to a video of assembling the chair. Once I had the chair assembled, I felt like I could use a break and need to sit down in the chair I just put together. (Convenient, right?)I sat down immediately and exclaimed, “This chair is very comfortable!” The seat alone feels pretty great as it isn’t too soft or too hard. The back rest of the chair comes with two pillows to place on the chair to help maintain proper posture and a healthy back. The smaller pillow is used to support the back of your neck and the larger pillow is used to support your lower back. The smaller pillow is held in place by an elastic strap while the larger pillow is held in place by two elastic straps that connect via a buckle. These two pillows provide you with relief and assist in maintaining proper posture while sitting down. From all that work (it isn’t a lot of work to assemble the chair, but just keep going with the story here) of assembling the chair, I wanted to put my feet up on something. Usually it is a hassle to find the right object for that as they can be sold seprately, need to be adjusted, have to be put away elsewhere and sometimes are just not comfortable for long periods of time. Luckily, this chair comes with its own leg/foot rest. I can just reach under the chair and pull out a foot rest for me to hold up my legs for a more content rest. Well what if I still want more comfort from this chair? You are in luck! This chair can provide more comfort. This one might be pretty standard, but this chair has arm rests and they are adjustable. The arm rest can turn in multiple angles for your preference. Of course if you don’t want arm rests, you can always leave them out during the assembly process if that is what you prefer. Do you still want more comfort from this chair? I know I did and it could provide it by coming equipped with the ability to recline backwards. Amazing right? Let’s combine all those features into one chair: a seat that isn’t too soft or hard, great back support, great neck support, a convenient built in footrest, adjustable arm rests and adjustable reclining back rest. With the use of all these features, you can confidently lean back and lay down. I must admit, it feels perfect! This is a chair I can spend a lot of time in and enjoy my time in it! I highly recommend giving this chair a try!

Awesome chair
I've been sitting on an old warn out office leather chair since 2007 and it was time. Wanted something that reclined, has a rocker, that swivels, that had a leg rest thing, has adjustable arms, and is not leather. This has it. I'm no expert but seems like a lot of these gamer reclining chairs don't have a rocker.I'm 5'6" about 190. Chair is very wide for me which is fine. At the highest setting, without stretching, my tippy toes only touch though my heel is not to far from the ground.Easy set up (though on the left side where you screw the plastic over the hinge, I couldn't screw it all the way in without stripping the screw so the cover is a little flimsy).Very happy and comfortable.

Comfortable for all day use and more!
I work on a computer all day and like to game at night so I am on a chair 12-18 hours of a day. I've been searching for a chair that can support my weight and is comfortable. This chair has exceeded my expectations. Its firm but not too firm and soft but just right, so its comfortable for all hours. It even has a leg rest when I need to take a break! I like that the leg rest folds under the chair and when I need it, it comes perfectly at the right length. The look of it also makes my room look very professional. The assembly was pretty straight forward even tho the box was large. I am not a do-it-your-selfer but I did assemble this myself and it was not hard at all. It was easier than other chairs that I tried. This is by far the best I've sat on because of the quality and how it was built for bigger people. Since I am a plus size guy, it was large enough to fit me perfectly. I can sit for hours without hurting and when I need a break the lef rest is perfect! I would recommend this to anyone who needs a quality comfortable chair for long hour use!

Very Pleased w/ This Comfy Chair
I've been eyeing gaming chairs for a while and came across this one. The reviews gave me the impression this was as good as more expensive versions. I'm happy to report that I agree!I'm a tall guy (6'2") and have struggled with chairs not giving support to my upper back, neck, and head properly. This chair is great! I can rest my head comfortably with a neck pillow for added support. The extra back pillow comes in handy too. The picturws of the foot rest make it seem as though it doesn't extend far enough to really lay back and relax. The foot rest extends plenty, and when reclined I feel support from head to ankle. My feet extend past the foor rest slightly, but that's ok. Its still comfortable. A BIG plus that I discovered: I can sit cross-legged with plenty of space between my knees and the arm rests. The only thing I don't like about this chair are the armrests. They are at the right heighth and are very adjustable, but they swivle easily. Like, with no pressure at all. As I'm resting my elbows on the top of the armrest, while tapping away, I can change its angle with a slight press down on my elbow. I'll get used to it and it's definitely not a deal breaker.Overall I'm very happy with this chair. It took a little bit of time and elbow grease to put together, but construction was easy. If you're looking for a gaming chair that isn't over priced, this is the one

8 mo user test. Comparing to Steelcase:
Little about the user: I am a level 2 I.T. Technician for a casino by day. A gamer by night. I moderate for several Twitch entities within the streamer community. The point? I spend a lot of time in a chair at a desk 24/7. I used to work for steelcase in Michigan some odd 20 years ago loading semi's. I've seen good construction and bad construction of chairs. You can feel the difference as you're loading them. With that job came perks. Using the chairs at that work at desk and we were allowed after x amount of time to take ones home. The reasons varied, could of been something as simple as a painting flaw or other cosmetic flaw. The steelcase chair was one I had for some 10 years before it just finally had enough of ... well ... me. Fast forward to now. Aged as I am 5'11" 260-280lbs. I was looking for something, well built as well as a Steelcase chair. Not as costly as a Secret Labs chair. As well as being something of an "upgrade" to the times. Steelcase doesn't make "gamer chairs" so this wouldn't be a hard sell. However if one were to say toss a pallet of them off a loading dock onto concrete the survival rate as a collective pallet would be 99.9%. Using one for anything longer then say 8 - 10hrs isn't exactly comfortable. Time to upgrade. So I do as many people do, start combing user reviews. Assembly, meh, ignored all those comments. I'm more then the average user to put together a chair. My steelcase chair broke at the arm rests. Why? It was uncomfortable to sit on for VERY long hours so shifting my weight was adding to too much stress on the arm rests. I was looking for something that was "rated" for my new weight and something wide enough so I didn't have to shift as much to remove that from the equation. Spending 15+ hours at a chair I'm more then the average "sitter". 10 at work at a desk and another 4-8 at home was my average. It wasn't the name brand per say that drew me to this chair. Was a list of compatibilities / user reviews / frame construction. In other words, not really knowing much about this company but the odds looked good, took a gamble. My 8 month review: My weight shifts from 260 to 280. I wanted to test to make sure the shock was going to support that weight. It does easily. What I call the "ass rest" Is very comfortable. Supports the wideness of my butt. No prolonged sitting issues at all. Lumbar support is also really good since they supply you with the things to change it up if you want. I was first threw off by the arm rests. I was like .... oh these are not going to last. They're like heavy duty plastic wrapped around a steel core that bolts into a steel core. (not made very well, if i'm being honest) However .... i don't shift as much in the chair. At first i thought these arm rests were not going to last but the chair itself is designed in a way to not require shifting as much. I don't have any thoughts on the foot rest as I don't have a purpose to use it. Gamers don't recline. Prognosis: Construction is still solid. 98% (i don't think anyone can maintain 100 not even secret labs, these are good numbers and speak highly of this company) comfort maintained for 16hr sessions. I would put this (in streamer lingo of a tier list) top tier mid chair. A or B. Would recommend to a gamer.
