This is a great kit for home, domestic travel and travel abroad. I have been searching for these exact batteries by VIVITAR but I couldn't find anything affordable like this! Or, they would show the photo of the VIVITAR batteries and send something else with the number EN-EL12...in a new wrapper/cover over the battery...so I am VERY PLEASED with this purchase and, in fact, will buy another kit just to have backup so I don't have to go searching again when I need more of these batteries! They hold their charge for a very long time and I love them, can take tons of photos on one battery...the exact reason I wanted these exact batteries to replace the ones I have had for 5 YEARS!!!!

Works. Battery mAh rating better than original and holds charge like original. I like the combination car and AC outlet ability (during road trips I can charge batteries). My Nikon S9900 eats batteries, especially when using WiFi, so it is very nice to have two standby batteries. The included screen guard is very hard to apply and is useless. But I bought it for the charger and battery anyway.

This is a great product, as good as or better than the original Nikon one. Even better than that, it only took an hour with the supplied charger unit to fully charge the battery and it is really, really quick after inserting into the camera. Lense pops out faster than it ever did before, even when the camera was new. Also came with a car charger attachment which is awesome when on the go, and the lense cleaning cloths are a added bonus. The price is right too, would definitely recommend this product to those who are in need of a replacement, and the second battery assures you will always be ready to take that shot.

This a very important purchase for who those own Nikon 6100 point and shoot cameras or similar. These cameras are great but are not good about warning the User about battery level. So one needs to have an extra battery handy when the first one poops out. I have not yet used the DC charger.

Bought these batteries to replace the original Nikon battery in my 10 year old (!) coolpix camera. The charger is great and charges very quickly. Easy to just plug into the wall. The battery has so far been used for a month and has not run out of juice yet. Camera is used almost every day.Have not had a chance to try the car charger yet.Would definitely buy again.

I was only able to take about 75 photos before this rechargeable battery lost power.My Nikon battery took easily over 1000. I haven't tried to recharge this battery.Overall, the price was right. So, in a pinch, this back up battery was a life saver.I would not rely on it as my main battery.

I got what I expected and I'm pretty happy to be able to use my camera again since it's being without battery for a while. No complaints!

Did not need the charger, seems have to order it to get the batteries
