My daughter loves this bag! Holds up very well. Great quailty

First off the item arrived late. This was a major disappointment for my daughter who needed it for school. With the back pack being shipped from the UK, I could deal with that. However, it also arrived stained. On the front of the backpack there is a grimey stain. The picture attached is AFTER a wash cycle. Very disappointed and was not worth the trouble.

Love it, but there was no water bottle included. I bought it as a gift for my niece and she was disappointed about not having the water bottle.

Items inside the backpack are broken or used. Not a good purchase.
