This was a great purchase for me as I have neck and back strain from working an office job. Only thing I wish is that you didn’t have to plug it in to use it but other than that I’ve had it for a month and use it often

It has two adapters so it can be used at home or in the car. However it also only works when plugged in while there are also battery powered devices of this type out in the market as well. I would say this is a fairly large one which covers a fairly decent amount of surface area which also makes it easy to use for neck but also upper and lower back and I sometimes use it on hands/feet. Color is nice and it is fairly easy to clean. Heating aspect works quite well as expected, takes a bit to warm up and it gives off a red light while its on. While it may be device specific, my specific device slows down significantly when it changes direction rather than being a smooth transition.

I love this neck massager - it has the combination of heat and kneading which you can turn on or off individually and adjust the intensity of each. This one needs to be plugged in an outlet. I have battery powered ones and while I prefer those most of the time, it is slightly more powerful and I don't have to worry about recharging or the batteries going bad. There is a car adaptor included so you can definitely use it in the car though personally I use my battery powered one when I am traveling. Overall, for $30 this is very reasonable neck massager that feels great and does help with neck pain.

It is very strong. A lil loud, not horrible. It might have a little too much power, but if you've got knots it'll get them out. Overall we like it.

This shiatsu massager really gets into my muscles and feels like a wrestler is giving me a neck massage. I like that I can pull down on the ends so that they massager can really knead my muscles or lift it a little if I don't want it that hard. It comes with both an AC adapter and a car adapter so you can get a massage almost everywhere, as long as you have power. That being said, I wish the cord was a little longer so I can sit in bed and watch TV while I am getting a massage.

This massager is exactly what I was hoping for. It provides great comfort and is a good addition to a little self care day. The heat and rollers feel so nice and can be adjusted if needed. I love to use it after a long day.

I like it but even on the low setting it's very aggressive. So just be careful. But I do like the product for sure.

I really like this massager. stays at my back. Don't need to reposition it just to find the spot. So far so good. Not too big which I really like. Just bought two more of this as a gift to my aunts. I hope this will last longer.

This massager works really well for someone with recurring neck and back pain, whether due to their job or due to their home life or hobbies or sports or some combination of all of the above.It is quite strong and the way it moves with its rotating balls as it massages can be pretty intense. You can adjust the settings, of course, including the speed, the light, the direction of the rotating balls, and the heat but the massage was a bit too strong for me to handle due to some issues with my upper back so I asked my son-in-law to beta test it for me. He reports that it works amazingly for him and his recurring neck and back pain are dispelled when he uses this.He tells me that the heat is a huge bonus and really helps get the kinks out of his neck and his back quickly. It helps him to get rid of the pains of the day when he gets home from work and then he can enjoy his evenings, especially his hobbies as he is an extremely avid bicyclist and engages in several other sports as well.I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the massager and the strength of the motor. You don't normally see such quality in such an inexpensive item.Overall, I am very pleased with this even though I had to test it out on my son-in-law. I used it for a while first, adjusting settings and such, and I can easily why he likes it so much.
