Good replacement for original keypad
This is a direct replacement for the original Linear MDTK keypad, which they no longer make. Super easy installation since it uses the same screw hole locations as the original.The battery door was a little difficult to get open at first, but once I figured out where I needed to apply pressure it was fine.The included instructions are a little misleading, making it sound like you need to hold down the "Learn" button on the opener for 15 seconds. Doing that will erase all remotes from memory. You only need to press it once, immediately release, enter the code you want to use on the keypad, and then press the start/stop button on the keypad.The keypad doesn't seem quite as responsive as the original Linear one, but overall I'm very happy with it.
