Very Effective, Safe for All Sizes
Okay, this product actually impressed me. It's durability and range exceeded my expectations, with an ongoing operating distance of over 100ft, and ability of controller and collar to withstand being dropped from 4' on several occasions.Battery life is absolutely phenomenal - left it on for days out-of-the-box without charging, still able to zap Fido a week later. How many times did Fido get zapped on out-of-the-box charge? Over 100 times before needing a charge! Sorry, Fido!✓Safe for very large animals, tested on dog Fido at 109lbs. (no injury, shock level 18, 20 times)✓Safe for medium animals, tested on large raccoon Dookie at 18lbs. (No injury, shock level 18, 15 times)✓Safe for small animals, tested on jumbo rat Baggers at only 3lbs!! (No injury, shock level 18, 10 times)While this may seem like an awful thing to do, but it answers the question of "is it safe for my pet size?" and saves you from having to do it.**facts**• Battery out-of-the-box charge lasted over a week, yielding over 100 zaps at max (lvl 18)• Collar size fit 3lb rat thru 109lb dog• Range operates at 100ft with animals running on 1/3 battery• Durability dropped from 4ft several times, no damage• Flexibility 18 shock levels, adjustable pitch for tone mode, vibrator intensity adj, controls up to 3 collars, lock switch, incld 2nd set of collar prongs• Multi color display with signal meter• USB-C (thank you) on both• None of the animals liked it.• All tests were conducted during training process and resulted in greater lesson retention and significant reduction in repeated undesirable behavior.• Recommend using in conjunction with other training tools, as zap alone only conveys message of "I will do this to you," not "if you do that, you get this."Please use responsibly, or at best safely. I recommend placing collar on LEVEL 1 (of 18) on your own neck prior to deployment and operating ONE time, quickly. You will not like this, but you will understand it.

Immediate Gratification!
I only received the collar yesterday, so I cannot speak to battery-life/durability. What struck me was how immediately effective this was. My petite daughter has a 3-month old Bully XL, already 45 lbs. of solid muscle. A powerful, highly intelligent, but willful dog (Nova). Nova would not take commands from my daughters tiny voice seriously. This collar turned the tables. Immediately. Being able to invoke small "repercussions" with this collar made all the difference. Intelligent use of this device (don't overuse it, use only AFTER voice commands fail, and with lowest, effective force), reinforced by positive feedback (praise/treats) worked wonders for our puppy! Effectiveness, for my situation, far exceeded expectations.

Great training collar at an excellent price!!!
This is a great training collar at an excellent price point! The training collar comes with a digital remote that is really easy to use. There are 4 modes - beep, vibration, shock and shock boost. When the collar is on, it will blink a green status light on it to let you know it's on and will turn red when you go to turn it off. The green status light will blink continuously while on. Beep mode has 10 different sounds increasing from low to high frequency. When using the beep mode, the status light will turn green on the collar. I use #1 on beep mode and it will normally stop my girl from whatever she's doing that she shouldn't be! (Unless she's being really feisty!) Vibration mode has 10 different levels and the status light will turn blue on the collar when used. Shock mode has 18 (yes, you read that correctly) levels and the status light turns red when used. I've only used up to level 4 on shock on my dog because it works. Per the instructions included, your dog should never cry out in pain or act scared. If it does, you've got the shock level set too high! Lastly there's a shock boost which will give an extra jolt if needed. Typically with my girl the sound or vibrate mode works fine on her, so I don't need to use shock mode at all. The levels are easy to adjust, just select which mode you want on the remote and on the right side is a - + to adjust the level up or down. It comes with 2 sets of contact points and you need to use either the short (for short hair dogs) or the longer (longer haired dogs) on the collar. The collar is adjustable and depending on the size of your dog, you might need to cut part of the strap off because it's extremely long. Both the collar and remote are waterproof and charge with a USB C cable which is included. You can also pair up to 3 separate collars on one remote if needed and lock the remote if needed (helps keep little ones from pressing buttons!) Directions state it will charge in 2 hours and honestly I've not had to charge it yet because I've only had the collar for 2 weeks and I only use it for short amounts of time. The charge has held up great on both the remote and collar! I would definitely recommend this training collar to anyone looking to buy one!

Not too shabby
I have been able to train my dog with a verbal command and then beep so that he knows to come here or stop his behavior. Vibration also really gets his attention. Once he gets distracted by another dog its really hard to get him to focus and move on. I have tried shock at a level 6 and boost and he doesn’t seem phased by it. I will have to turn it up next time although i really hate to use the shock. He has a tendency to want to stop and bark at other dogs because he wants to play or jump on people and that is unacceptable. I hope this remote will help Btw I have a shepard mix.Batter life is superb.!Update:I was finally bold enough to try the shock on myself and I realized that the shock doesn’t work even though i tested it and it showed that it was working. I will try to see if i can exchange it because all of the other features work. I love this collar i just need for the shock to work it would help i. Times that I really beed to get his attention and the beep and vibration aren’t working.

Well made and accurate.
Our 13 year old Sprinter has lost her hearing. We use this well made product just for the buzz to get her attention. Works great.

Higher quality than most
The build quality is significantly better than others that I’ve tried, the beeper settings and sounds add to the feeling of higher quality.Battery life is fantastic. Using on a large St bernard and a Rottweiler. It comes with longer contacts for dogs with long fur. The St Bernard is easy, she immediately responds to beeps (even not coming from the device), the Rottweiler doesn’t respond as well, lately it doesn’t seem to work on him very well compared to other models that I’ve tried, but the other models broke easily.I’ve tested the shock on myself with all devices and I can say that this is the weakest amount of shock out of everything that I’ve tested. So while the build quality is definitely better than most, it may not be effective for all dogs.
