I love that creatine comes in a gummy form, and these are really good. I take three after the gym, and on days where I don't lift I just take one because it's still good for your brain! I still use powder creatine sometimes, but this is convenient if you don't want to mix up a drink. Overall, I think it does the job as far as preventing some soreness. But it's important to remember to drink enough water for it to be effective.

They’ve got the texture of a normal gummy! Super great flavor and didn’t stick to my teeth like some creatine gummies can. Makes it feel like a little treat. For the number of servings, the price on this one cannot be beat!

So much easier to take regularly than the powder. I did miss read the servings and thought there were more servings per container when I bought it. But over all I’m happy with the product. It helps me stay consistent.

You guys need to start a snack company because these things taste so good (and without sugar!) that I'm over here eating them like snacks, taking way more than the recommended dose. No clue about the effects, haven't noticed anything yet, but I'm going to keep eating them.

Well, it’s been rather short. Since I’ve been taking them, they seem to be working. I’ve been able to increase my reps and weight.

Tasted great wish i knew they made creatine gummies years ago, the convenience is so much better than the powder!
